Full-Day of Eating 300 Calorie Meals | What I Eat To Lose Weight Fast

So, in today's video, I take you through 4 meals that come to about 300 calories. So, these meals are low in calories (obviously), these meals are high in protein, these meals are high in volume so they fill you up, these meals are packed with nutrients. And as a result, these meals are great options to incorporate into your diet if your goal is to lose weight or get shredded whilst making the process as easy as possible
So, my first 300 calorie meal is my bacon & cheese frittata and in total, this has 310 calories, 6g carbs, 7g fat, and 54g protein. Next up we have my chicken fajita salad which contains 325 calories, 21g carbs, 5g fat, and 48g protein. Then, we have some chili beef that comes to 314 calories, 30g carbs, 5g fat, and 45g protein. And finally, I treat myself to 2/3 Coco Pop Bites and in the whole thing, there are 473 calories, 61g carbs, 22g fat, and 5g protein.

Watching your videos has definitely helped me, when it comes to my weight loss journey. I eat 1482 in calories every day (till "goal) and I had/have difficulty insuring that I get in all my calories ,and that I'm full. so ! Yes, I appreciate you, you've given me many ideas😃 over many videos lol.

Great video, thank you! Where does the cheese come in on the first recipe? You cooked with it but never mentioned when to put it in or how much you used. While you were eating it you menrions sprinkling some on but you can see that you cooked wirh it. Was your end calorie count including the cheese?

This fritatta reminds me of Korean pancakes. Koreans use spring onions & eggs but no mushrooms. I'll try this fritatta!👍😋😋

you need to try protein french toast! I follow your my fitness pal I definitely recommend 4 slices of white low calorie bread with 200 g of egg whites and an egg(optional) 12g of chocolate whey and cinnamon and a small bit of pb2 for the mix. You’d love it

You’re helping me so much. My dr saids I have to eat 1200 cals a day & I’ve noticed that I eat so fast that I’m always going to the fridge eating other things and going over my calories. Hopefully I can conquer my binge eating habits and reach my weight goal soon.

For the first meal, how high of heat did you cook the medallions and mushrooms? Did you leave heat as is, or turn down once you added the eggs? Any rough idea how long the food was in the pan total?

You need to let the flour cook first. Should always sear meat, especially if there’s flour on it before adding vegetables.

You can build muscle whilst in a caloric deficit. It's not as optimal as being in a surplus, but as long as you eat enough protein it will work.
