So, in today's video, I make 3 new high protein meals that you can fit into your low-calorie diet. Meal number 1 is a beauty of an egg breakfast sandwich. Low in calories, high in protein, and quite high in volume too as egg whites are a voluminous protein source. For my second meal of the day, I make an absolute banger of a high-protein meal using Pepsi Max. This is perfect for a shredding/fat loss diet because it is packed with vegetables which is a great way of keeping you feeling full and satisfied. And lastly, I end the video with some protein popcorn. Sacrificing a bit of volume for the taste but absolutely worth it

love your vids always such great meal ideas. im hopin lockdown in wales ends soon i worked really hard to lose 5 stone over the last 2-3 years and the last year has been awful with gyms and work closed and i am falling back to old habits it is so frustrating

Love the breakfast sandwiches, I make something similar. To reduce the size a bit I use Asparagus instead of Mushrooms and keep them on the side. Treat them like Fries (Chips) on the side.

Yooo I used to do something similar to the chicken dish, make a cooked meat veg salad with lots of sauce :) You actually made me want to start making it again. HA! When it comes to food you are always full of surprises! Bravo. BRA-VO!

We're having holidays and I've been doing PPL every morning to get it done for the day! I wake up at 8:00 as an 18-year-old and get the workout started from 9:00-10:30. When I'm done, some of my friends haven't even woken up yet, aha! Gotta stay motivated

I honestly love having 3-5h of my morning completely to myself. By the time most of my social circles that don't have to be in the office start their day I've already studied for an hour, worked out, had two meals and caught up on essential phonecalls and one social phonecall. I miss out on an hour or two of netflix every evening but don't feel I'm missing much.

flip the pan upside down over the sandwhich when you are holding it up with the spatula, then just press it together and flip it back over

Another interesting tip was to separate a sandwich or bun into two open-faced sandwiches to get "double" the eating time :)

Great video. By nature I'm a bit low energy (ok lazy, but there's nothing wrong with that). How I deal with the motivation thing is make everything I want to accomplish a part of my 'pattern of behavior'. So an example is when i wake up, without thinking about it I shower and shave. If i put this off to after work or breakfast i would have too long to think about it, realise the effort involved, and not do it. With regards to exercise I follow the same rule; get up and do it before I have too long to think about it. I also think that once you start seeing results it becomes much easier to find that motivation or strengthen that pattern of behaviour. If nobody has already said it; it's a fish slice by the way. I’d pass. U gotta cut out so many food groups to try and get ketosis. Just eat some quick carbs like bread, fruit,etc. around your workout times and slow carbs like potoatoes, oatmeal, veggies, later on in the day.

Hi Jonathan(great content btw) I have a question please help me with this doubt..... If suppose there is a boy and he calculated his maintenance calories which comes out to be 2200.. now he is an active boy running 4-5 times in a week for 5 kms ..so the calories burnt for eg 300 in running is basically the calories used in calculation of maintenance calories or these calories are extraa calories which are burnt and will help in creating a defecit.. Meaning the running is a part of maintenance calories or it can be used as a tool to burn extraa calories during fat loss?? Meaning if I am 5 kms 4 times a week running and burning 250 calories almost so will that be considered as a part of maintenance calories or it can be used as creating a calorie deficit ??
