@@johannunnsteinsson188they may teach you English in school but that doesn't mean you're going to learn it does it ? Thor's English was very poor just a couple years ago. Is still somewhat poor but he's gotten much better at it and that makes his videos much more enjoyable

Eddie will never go back, he's already done. He said he wanted 1 WSM title then he would retire. Being strongman takes a huge toll in his body. He wanted to spend time with his family

Any 10 minutes of full body activity after a meal will definitely help with more than just digestion, it helps with the bloating the inflammation response the fatigue that you can get from eating a lot, and also helps reset leptin of course it helps your insulin sensitivity and it builds up a level of metabolic efficiency because since you are doing full body activities like walking you get a lot of signals sent back to the brain because all of that extra blood flow lets the brain know where the nutrients need to go Hansen's your body gets improved digestion from that movement, your body will metabolize those nutrients much earlier😊

Remember when you were little and you thought your dad was so big. Then you got older and went through puberty and you either got to the same height or surpassed him and realized they were just a normal sized adult. That will never happen for this kid. His dad is a giant to him now and will be a giant to him when he’s older (unless of course his son is as big as him). Super wholesome stuff guys!
Ive had issues with blood pressure most of my adult life, nothing crazy, but borderline HBP. I would be super interested to know what you do to keep it under wraps! I've been working on it myself. I found breathing exercises help a surprising amount. I can use my mind to lower my BP by about 10-15 points in general. I would love a video on what you do/use for it!

Awesome having your dad involved and helping you. At breakfast you could put that milk in the rice and a little sugar and it is delicious. Without the chicken stock of course. 😊. Banana and butter does sound weird but butter usually makes things better.
