Good informative video. The oat meal looks good with apples, blueberries, honey and almonds. Congratz on claiming the european championship title by the way man! 😄💪

Man, I am always not eating enough and then I'm compensating it with sweets. You made me eat another plate of pasta with tomato sauce now! I should definitely spend more time on making meals.
i really loved the way yu present your food on plate ...it loosk amazing and calling me to eat ...will try these at my home ....thanks for sharing anders ❤
Great video! Thanks for sharing. The recipes are easy. As someone who has a busy schedule, I think I can quickly make the healthy dishes that you have shown here
definitelty insipred me to eat health! Goodluck for European Championships and looking forward to see the other meals that you will share in the future video!
Look forward to see you in Thailand next month. And just in case if you dont know I suggest brown rice more than white rice cause the nutrition is higher😁
Great video you two 👍 I think your meals look very manageable and repeatable in foreign countries as well. I can only recommend to cut down a little bit on the fruit sugar and to add some linseed oil to your oatmeals. I have heard from footballers that they always eat pasta bolognese the evening before a game, can you do that during tournaments as well or is it too heavy?
A normal person who does not engage in professional sports needs approximately 1.5 kg of food per day. In your case, what weight of food per day is considered normal? Thank you
Just wondering, how long do you eat before a training session ? I hate to eat right before training (like in the 30 / 45 minutes before) Also love oats porridge before training sessions.
Hello! In my "old" age I became fond of badminton. Both to watch and to play. I have watched quite a few of your matches which show your upward development to the highest places in the world of this sport. Congratulations! Watching this video, however, I wonder why it is necessary to consume such amounts of carbohydrates, as the protein remains at significantly low levels, and the fats are almost absent. I understand that daily training sessions mean a large expenditure of energy, which, however, can also be obtained from our other source of energy - fat. Have you ever considered eating red meat with all the fat it contains? Red meat and eggs have the highest protein bioavailability and amino acid ratio. Apart from that, when you reach a state of fat adaptation, you will need two, at most three meals a day, which is a great relief in a busy day. Just sharing thoughts..Regards.
Hey. Thanks for your input! I think my protein and fat intake might be a little higher than it seems. I eat a lot of eggs, avocado, nuts. Also red meat, salmon, mackerel etc. And for my protein intake I actually aim for approximately 160g daily. Which is 2g per kg of body weight.
Keeping cooked rice for more than 1 day is actually not the greatest idea. Rice contains spores of bacteria that survive when cooked. That's why rice can cause food poisoning pretty quickly. Maybe training your stomache as well is part of your routine, though 💪😄
Hmm I’m not so familiar with brown rice. Have had it at restaurants but never cooked it myself. It taste fine though. But for this lunch meal I guess white rice might be better?
I used to do that when I was younger. But know I usually just make the porridge with water and salt. I save some calories from not using milk. Then I can have more oats instead. But for perfect taste I would probably go with milk!
@@AndersAntonsen_official guess we won't. But this guy can do one thing that's for sure and i.e winning. Congrats champ on the first 🥇 place in European championship.next celebration cr7😶🌫️
