My Cheat day was yesterday, and boy am I starving today. It was EPIC. Breakfast was 2 large Reese's peanut butter cups, a half a box of Captain Crunches Peanut butter cereal, and a whole medium Turtle Cream Pie. I skipped lunch. Dinner was 1lb of Fried Prawns, and 1 Fried Lobster tail. A large container of Asiago Pasta Salad, and I made a Spicy Thousand Island Dressing to dip my fried Prawns and Lobster in. I have no idea how many fucking calories I ate, I swim for an hour 5 days a week so. I'm going be one angry bitch until my cheat day comes in 7 more days!

You guys should start showing the sugar intake after every meal, insanely curious how close he was to diabetic shock after this
