I have allergy with peanuts and I am sure many people doesn't like peanut butter taste (not all) 1. Please can you make a dedicated video on protein shake without using peanut butter. 2. And also it will be a great help if you make a dedicated video on What is maintainance calorie and how to calculate it and how much calorie surplus is required

You calculated 8.1g of fats from chicken breast and rice but you didn't take into account the One and a half spoons of olive oil that you needed to cook your chicken. 1.5 spoons of olive oil is around 20-21g of fats. Also you cook once for 3 servings. So you'll have to 1/3rd oil fat for accurate fat count and adjust calories accordingly.
