You calculated 8.1g of fats from chicken breast and rice but you didn't take into account the One and a half spoons of olive oil that you needed to cook your chicken. 1.5 spoons of olive oil is around 20-21g of fats. Also you cook once for 3 servings. So you'll have to 1/3rd oil fat for accurate fat count and adjust calories accordingly.
