Amy Fritz has so many realistic meal suggestions. Love her calm kind vibe. I have tried her suggestion of chicken marinated in greek yogurt w seasonings and it really did amp up the flavor and juiciness

I really enjoy prepping my meats fruits and veggies once I grocery shop that way when I am ready to cook half the work is already done! Also great to have fruit and vegs on hand!!

I have used that pasta too, but I prefer the edamame pasta because it is lower in carbs. I don’t remember the fiber count though. I plan to add chia seeds, like pudding or in a smoothie to get more omega 3.

My favorite thing to eat post workout right now- heat a big bowl of wild frozen blueberries up or frozen cherries, add organic cottage cheese, chia seeds, pecans. Freaking delicious.

Hi Alex! Two comments: 1) what do you get at Starbucks for coffee? (Specifically the one in your thumbnail/video). 2) I noticed you talked a lot about fiber and I think a lot of people don’t know how healthy fiber is. I only learned because I saw a doc called Hack Your health: Secrets of the gut on Netflix. You would really like the doc! Focuses a lot on how fiber affects your gut

Hey Alex, does the clean simple eats protein affect your skin at all? I switched to plant based protein powder because I was worried that my whey protein was increasing my hormonal acne. I know you have dealt with that before too so curious if the clean simple eats one is better for it!

It doesn’t. Im happy that dairy in moderation does not affect my skin poorly. You could try a sample pack and see
