From 79 to 93. 14 kgs in four months. Buddy you can fool innocent people. People with some background on bodybuilding know you are on steroid. Are you to cheating these people into believing such Bullshit. A man cannot make more that 2 kg of pure muscle in a year. In your case, Its evident that you didn't just gain 2 kg of muscle and rest 12 is not fat. You build a heavy load of muscle in short time. Congrats on the heavy steroid use and having good genetics (androgen receptors) in your body. But the lie bruh. You have to adress these people that you are unnatural.

You should do more weighted squats, leg press and weighted lunges and other weighted leg exercises. You may need more protein and carbs depending on your body condition.

I don’t take glucose for energy. I take glucose because I eat around 1000 grams of carbs. I eat a lot of rice and potato during the day. So I add some glucose for easy carb intake.

There is no change in workout for bulking or cutting it always remains the same. Cutting time la more cardio less calories, bulking time la less cardio more calories. As a beginner your focus should be in learning technique and mind muscle connection. Fit ah vechuka you need to focus more on your diet.
