Yes after long tym....congrats on ur marriage....yes guys it's a nice meal prep it's not recommended to non competitive people...these type of diets will b under measurements n recommended by high knowledge nutrionists...even though u want to follow this diet..add little bit of carbs that is may b 200 GM's of rice...i know wen ur on high protein diet ur gut heats up n gives u constipation...so use lot of green peas,banana,spinach,beans,carrot,...may b u can substitute chicken with fish i guess it will b amazing for ur skin finish... especially when ur going for competition....yes that protein shake looks good...i have tried this herbal Life nutrition protein shake n afresh tea...really amazing feel n energy i use to take it like a meal replacement for breakfast Im a very high carb person..but using this herbal Life protein shake I felt good n I was not hungry till 2 pm or lunch..may b u shld give a try on it..u have great potential give a shot for heavyweight categories something like Mr India or Mr tamilnadu...keep going 👍🎉
