1 pound lump crab meat(get from costco)
1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup avocado oil mayo
1.5 teaspoons stone ground or dijon mustard
Zest and juice of half a lemon
Fresh chives
Old bay seasoning(optional)
Unrefined salt & pepper
Hollandaise Sauce:
2 egg yolks, room temp
1-2 teaspoons lemon juice
Unrefined salt & pepper
6 tablespoons unsalted butter
You will also need:
Pasture raised eggs to poach in water
Prosciutto
Base culture raisin or cheese bread from whole foods
