Hiya Tank, well done mate.. this is pretty much how I eat. I eat whatever I like on a Saturday and Sunday to fill muscles with glycogen and then back to carnivore Monday to Friday, only eat meat from the butchers which we have delivered twice a month. My main exercise is done on the rowing machine at home with push ups and kettle bell exercises and wear a weighted vest while I'm in work plus the hill walking and camping I do as often as I can. 57 and I'll still be doing it till I drop. Once you stop you go backwards so goto keep moving. Top channel by the way.

Right m8 i used to train in the same gym as you many moon's ago i really don't need to see your credentials myself i know you were/are in fucking awesome nick and know your history as a bodybuilder totally inspiring m8, good to hear your thoughts and tips on diet. I’ve been 11 and half stone since I was about 18 fit as fuck back then but I’m now just over 13 been doing press-ups for the last 3 weeks or so my muscles in my chest and triceps are well I’m proud of for little effort I’m hungry all the time and it feels good
