Full details of President Biden's new executive order 🚨📜
In this video, we explain everything you need to know about the new measure that will grant legal status to undocumented children and spouses of U.S. citizens. 🇺🇸
A few of the requirements for spouses are:
1. The spouse of the U.S. citizen must have been in the U.S. for at least 10 years. 🗓
2. That spouse must have good moral character. 👍
3. The marriage to the U.S. citizen has already been effective on or before June 17, 2024. 👰🤵
As well, children of US citizens should be in the US for 10 years with good moral character and normally children are individuals who are under 21 years of age. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
🚨For now, applications for this program are not available. ❌
