Hello sir I don’t receive my email since January my Dq is October 7 2021 .stating they will let me know whether my appointment is available within the next 60 days now am very confused

Great info sir,so my application is i130 my priority date is 22nd March 2021 according to the visa bulletin it says f2a June 2021,i already presented my documents and already dq ,my lawyer said everything already presented just waiting for a response from nvc, iam a spouse from 🇹🇹 please can u give me some info about when will my interview be most appropriate your answer bless

Hello Sir, I just watched you’re new video here very interesting topic thank you for sharing I hv a simular situation I had applied for my unmarried son on F2B ,Priority date September 2016 from South America Guyana I was Permanent Resident then nw i became US citizens ,he received approval in April 2020 still waiting for NVC should I call up NVC please need your advice thank you so much god bless ❤❤

Hi thank you so much for your helpful video. It really helps me understand the rules and regulations. Please can you tell me how long it takes for a Form I-130 petition for alien relative to process. It says on my case status that it is actively being reviewed by USCIS as of Jan 12 2024. It has been 11 months since I applied from UK 🇬🇧.

Hello, my priority date is on april 2017 for an F2B. Does that mean i can contact them right now since its been longer than the 2 years or is this information for after my priority date?

@antos, if your case is not approved, you can contact them to get your case approved regardless of the priority date.

traveled to the us for the first time last January but i was deported from the airport because my i20 was cancelled by the university for a little misunderstanding between us. And i started asylum process because i thought mental fear counts as asylum. I immediately cancelled it after i knew the real meaning of asylum at the same hour. i had to stay in the us for 3. I returned home with a revoked visa and a 5 year ban. BUT the immigration officer said that he gave me a waiver But the immigration officer told me to talk to the university to send me another 20 and I did. They sent me another valid i20 and I studied the spring semester online from my country. I have all documents to prove what i say is true. What should i do in my next interview in the embassy. The university said that they will write a strong letter to the embassy to prove that i have real intentions of studying because ive been studying online now. Do you think this will help?
