For the 2013 Limited Time Magic promotion, Disneyland brought back the Golden Horseshoe Revue to Frontierland in a salute to the original show that debuted with the park in 1955. The limited run version of the show pays tribute to the original in a shorter version, around 20 minutes long, featuring a sampling of entertainment from the past. This is its debut performance on January 10, 2013 at 11:30am.

Forget limited time magic. Bring full time magic back to the Golden Horseshoe. Hire this cast. They are perfect.

I wish I could see this in person, but it definitely makes me appreciate the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue on my side of the country at the WDW resort. I always love shows like this. :}

That was fantastic! I really hope they keep this around. The reaction this show is getting should be proof enough that it's worth keeping around, at least as a seasonal show. Also, Miss Lily is /gorgeous/ and hilarious. I adore who they picked for her xD

awwwhhh my dad was the original piano player for years for the golden horseshoe review. this brings back so many memories for me (also one of the can can dancers is my niece) it would be great if they would keep this running for a while again.

Everyone talks of this show being a hybrid of the original Revue and later Jamboree shows. To me it looks more like the Jamboree show with the Revues starting and ending songs. It's hard to do a show in 20 minutes when it was originally over a half hour, but the least they could've done was added in the Traveling Salesman. But if they had all three roles, the Saloon Singer, Comic and Irish Tenor maybe this show would've stayed?

This was a good & cool show, some parts reminded me of a musical I was in back in 2006!! Next time I'am in Disney Land I will have to see this show in person! :)

I think they should keep this running all the time and maybe make a recreation of an 1800's saloon. I think that would be awesome!! :)

Why do they call it a "Tribute" to the "Revue?" It blends the "Revue" and "Jamboree" shows... and features Miss Lily from the "Jamboree" show. This is NOTHING like the original, "Revue" show that ran from 1955-86. This is sort of a distorted hybrid of the two shows. Plus... there's no comic? Disappointing!

I think we all miss your dad. Such a WONDERFUL entertainer. I'm really glad they brought Golden Horseshoe Revue back for February. I was about 6 when it was taken out and so my memories of it are somewhat vague. Now I can see why it was such a long running show. I can imagine it would only be that much better with your dad as Pecos Bill. :)
