Thank you David! We're glad they can help! Let us know if there's ever anything we can do that you think would be even more helpful! And feel free to point people in our direction
Yay! I got the same conclusion as you! I just watched an M&A workshop where they stress the fact that unless you can get the seller to pinpoint a reason to sell, your chances of the deal cratering are astronomical because they can pull out whenever. New sports has no inherent incentive to sell, so the onus to incentivize all falls on the buyer and makes what is already a higher than average CPM acq. even more pricy.
Initial framework was great but when you got to later part of the video like mitigating risks for eg. the answers quickly became very vague like if we are not fully integrating with newsport (letting them stay full time-employees contrary to our free-lancing culture, how are we planning to utilise the synergies ? What benefit do we get from merging the two companies ? ). I felt these questions should have been addressed at that point of time.
Hey Jake and Scott! Thanks so much for these videos and honestly, thank you for all the effort you put into it. And although practicing in real life is a must, too, your videos helped me a whole lot a while back and I got an internship at my #1 choice in September - thanks so much!
Of course, Menghua! Thank you so much for the positive feedback!! That's incredible to hear it worked out so well--that fires us up and is exactly why we love doing this!
Hi! Thanks so much for asking! We're hoping to put together a course sometime soon! We will send out updates whenever it's ready! We really appreciate your interest!
Hi Anh! We're so sorry about that--we'll definitely take a look at that! The course is still in the works, and we've put a pause on the newsletter for a bit as we're working on that and some other things. Thanks again so much for watching!
We didn't! We only have 4 up so far, but have a few more filmed that we're in the process of editing and are excited to release in the upcoming months!
@@casebinge7352 a few videos only walking through frameworks and where to apply them would be great I think. A lot of people look for those and they would fit nicely with your other videos.
