The amount of uneducated people who bag out Ross Lyon is unbelievable. Go and watch replays of all the Grand Finals he’s been in (not including replay which should never have happened) and tell me that those teams couldn’t of all won? They all had their chances… they executed poorly and it cost them dearly. Not Lyon’s fault, that’s on the players. I’m a Saints supporter and I’m extremely happy he’s back in charge. If you don’t go for the Saints, and you want to bag him and the club, I don’t care what you think. The last 3 coaching appointments have been painful… Watters, Richardson, Ratten. We have been an inoffensive club that says nothing wrong, toes the line and is essentially forgotten. At least with Lyon he gives us media presence, exposure and people have an opinion on the club. I welcome all the haters back, it gives that us against them vibe again that’s been missing. I have never wanted the Saints to prove everyone wrong more than I do right now. A saints flag with Lyon at the helm will be a dream result and a chance to stick it to all the haters. I welcome this new wave of hate aimed at St. Kilda and Lyon it only makes me go for them more! 🔴⚪️⚫️
In the same boat. Genuinely interesting as a media figure. I'm a crows supporter and they were kind enough to let Darren Jarman off the chain and gift us a flag. So I wouldn't get mad at a saints flag. Unless they cost us the flag. Go Ross hope your successful.
I am a Saints man and maybe a bit biased but he’s a gun media performer and an actual personality to have in the game. Just can’t understand the hate he gets, maybe it’s good though - better to be polarising than no one talk about you at all. Pumped to have him back at the Saints.

We are a great club ….. 1966 Allan Jeans our coach … Darrell Bulldock our captain…. Lost our legendary coach to Hawthorn… premierships at Hawthorn under Jeans ????? So sad that no one looks at our history … Darrell Bulldock was our hope under the jeans model … he was sick and didn’t last as our coach … and he was amazing … ask banger and plugger how much they loved Doc …. We never experienced his magic … I was blessed to be in the rat infested change rooms as an under age footballer with dreams … amazing club with great history … Allan jeans and Darrel Bulldock would be looking down with great hope for the new direction under Ross … I can’t think of a better coaching team … ❤😂😂😂 go saints 🥳🥳😜🍻
What utter dribble… we are making a move to try and position ourselves better to challenge for a flag in the coming years. Who cares what opposition supporters like yourself think? Your opinion has zero importance. We should be mixing it up and challenging the way we approach things until we are certain we are on the right path. Glad you guys got em🤣 better back at St kilda than with us at freo. Had his golden years at freo then didn't care and we went crap. Longmiur is arguably the best coach so far we ever had 💜🤍⚓️💪.

My gut feeling tells me that this appointment for both coach and club isn't going to be the answer to St Kilda's resurgence. I'm not doubting Ross Lyon coaching credentials, I'm just not sure whether he is the right fit for this generation of footballer.

Am I the only one who refers to the 2010 drawn GF and the replay as one Grand Final? In my opinion, Ross Lyon has coached in 3 Grand Finals- 2009, 2010 and 2013... not four like everyone else says.
@@DarkhourOfficial depends on how you look at it. A draw is not a valid result in a GF, so it was replayed. The term used here is replay e.g. you're replaying the same grand final as the first result was not valid.
