I give you a brutal leg day workout WHILE teaching you the fundamental key for muscle growth (hypertrophy) -- TENSION + VOLUME. Simple as that! Create maximal tension on the targeted muscle and multiple that stimulus across the week, as much as possible while maintaining positive recovery.
