“It’s a maiden ya need to go slow & take it easy” Hell no! This is Big B, he sends it, full trigger.. tests the boats to the max even if submarines. 👍🏻 This little boat is a beast. Fantastic build.
"If you got heart issues, get into RC boats, who needs a pacemaker" 😀 Got this thing running great, thanks for taking us along for the ride. CG looks spot on, hops out of the water level, turns perfect & stable, and hitting target 60 mph. What more can you ask for. Will be cool getting the parallel harness setup so you can use a fat pack. Wouldn't do much more to it, its such a sweet running boat as is.
NICE JOB BIG B!!!! what a super clean setup. Hey there is a lot of information about twin motor hydroplanes YOURS 👍 You have definitely become the go to guy for rc boats. When you were installing the water pickup tubing it reminded me of one if not the first videos of yours I watched 3year 4months ago a redish colored mono hull build you did. One thing is for sure you have been a true supporter of our hobby and consistently providing high quality information and entertainment. Keep up the good work 👍👍👍 BGFL
There is another one of those deceiving fast boats...nice job. Any way the paint sceam should be a BEE... A METALICBLACK STRIPES with a Chrome yellow base color.run the stripes on a slight arch to make it appear round. ..just a thought. Thanks for another BOSS build. Keep it up,your awsome.
The handling is awesome! B, I know why my twin had such hard time turning! Got my rudder too far forward. You nailed this build and setup! As soon as I saw how beautiful it carved a turn I knew you nailed it. Congratulations on a true, top build! What a fun boat to drive, very stable!
Thanks so much for the master class in boat building , proof is in the results , great job . Like the addition of the Bee for obvious reasons , considering your handle , You should have your own Bee logo if that sticker isnt it .
Really impressed with this boat. After watching the bigger brother to this one I wrote this boat off my list but after seeing this one it's back on my wish list, at least this size is. Thanks for the videos. Bg4l
I'm excited, my son and I found a new spot, actually a private boat club but I got zero restrictions there, even gas and nitro allowed. Place is like 10 min away from me and my kid wants to go all the time now, it's great. He needed time away from mamma! Kids learning too, he knows the difference between a hydro and a tunnel, something my 40 year old cousin still don't grasp. He,calls anything with 2 forks a hydro... pisses me off!!!
Amazing water tight build 👍🏻 propin wheelie’s, I wonder what the “G” load was when it submarined ? Testing different props is the way to go. Thank you 🙏🏼 for the info about not going below 3.6 v on the lipos.
dang maybe thats my problem. My popeye has a very very deep tunel height and sponson tip. My strut wont even get close to making down low enough. time for a new strut and drill some holes!
B I d like to see you attempt a power trim unit of some sort with a servo maybe , content baby , you know like a bass boat but on the stinger hell u know what I mean.Power trim tabs would be cool too Ok ill shut up now
Hi friend, I have a fiberglass Zonda and I want to coat the inside with carbon.. And what carbon is good and light for coating it without adding too much weight.. Please let me know, friend.
Parts? Like motors and esc's or hardware? OSE usually has a recommended parts list for each hull they sell! Otherwise, clone the parts off of a zonda or animal twin. They are very similar in size and shape. also consider checking the ose form for past builds to get ideas for setup, I'm here if you need me. Or check out my face book page so you can DM me
Awesome run again! That's a darn good feeling when it all comes together like that I just ordered my first big boy 44mm cleaver from OSE.. and am now realizing the insane amount of money you have invested in props😆 You the man, Big B! BG4L🚤💨
