I can't tell you how grateful I am that you guys are uploading these matches. It's wonderful being able to reconnect with these classic contests, to relight our love for the game and to take our minds off what's going on in the world. Thank you so much. And please keep doing it when things "go back to normal"!
It's so nice that in Rugby, the game just flows and doesn't get interrupted and reset every 3 seconds like in Amercian Football. And it's fascinating how the players fight over the ball so physically without actually hurting each other. It's like a game of grumpy gentlemen.
I’m an American who honestly doesn’t know much of anything about rugby, but after watching a bunch of Hakas by the All Blacks I decided to try and watch some matches. I’ve figured out that it’s a cross between American football and soccer. I’ve started to be a big fan of the sport and the All Blacks!
I’ve watched the French play the AB’s in Paris and it’s one of the greatest atmospheric rugby experiences you can have. French are a great rugby nation and awesome when you connect with your back line. Truly great team to play.
@@humanafterall2076 yeah, due to our inconsistency, it's quit impossible to know the result of a game involving France! This new generation and Staff is a new cycle for the french rugby after around 9 years of ''famine''. ! 6 nations an World cup are always better when a good french team show up! (Not chauvinism) !
Thanks for the upload. Where I live, not many people follow Rugby Union. Nor can I afford to subscribe to any, pay TV. So, I didn't even know about this series. Better late than never. Much appreciated. 👍
LOOK at Laumape! Did the same in super rugby this week. One of the reasons NZ lost the world cup. wont make the same mistake next time by leaving him out
Bonne chance à vous Mrs All Blacks avec notre nouvelle équipe de France 2020. Vous allez gouter un peu d’humilité lors de la prochaine rencontre... Respects à votre belle équipe. Mr Galthié vous prépare un bon menu... Cordialement.
This ref was extremely inconsistent, he gave a yellow to France for a high tackle (were there was not such) and he never bother to check with TMO and then AB clearly hit the french winger a very high blow to the head/face and nothing happen.
I wonder how you can be penalised for not releasing the tackled player. When you have your hands on the ball clearly won, it's obvious he had to release the tackled player in order to get the ball, and was on his feet as the tackler. Great tackle & Stripe. Think Aaron Smith was hard done by there. But marched 10 metres naughty boy. Penalty France???
It’s a shame the ref absolutely killed the game with the harsh yellow card followed by a no yellow card for Cane, but a pretty entertaining game nonetheless !
@@KallousKiwi I agree, but the All Blacks made it very clear over the years that they bust out all the stops in the second half, usually after the 50th minute
@@andrewevans5750 I was on about the quality of rugby in the US rather than the wages he is probably getting pissed every night and eating whatever he wants every player that goes to the US is pretty much calling time on their professional career the standard is schoolboy rugby they essentially let him (the fat kid) run at the defence.
@@wru2865 yeah, it makes me sad. most people who are good in college or high school don't see a future in rugby for themselves in the US. it doesn't have the same clout. the us naval academy A side is better than our major league teams. it is pretty bad.
I realise the above comment is aimed at the AB's specifically but this eye patch narrative that the All Blacks have somehow intimidated refs or that they're constantly cheating and the refs ignore/miss it because of their reputation, or whatever, does a massive disservice to international referees. Its also seems to suggest the All Blacks have just been "lucky", ignoring their outstanding record over 100+ years. So, y'know, perspective and all that.
