Hot spicy and ready for suffering. This nights Pain train installation is not holding anything back. I came to Sydney Olmypic park ready to smash the pedals, ride hard and give myself a good work out. 1 hour of smashing it is a great way to improve the Vo2Max and bring my threshold back to where it should be. Doesn't hurt to go all out in the sprint at the end as well. In this video I manage to secure my best ever 10second power, watch to check it out.
