Trying to stick the breakway at HART (Sydney Crit) 

We are back crit racing with my FIRST race of the year and only my second crit. I'm back at the super tough HART course here in Sydney Australia. This course is characterised by a tight corner followed by a 15% killer hill. Multiply that by 15 laps and you will have toasty legs. Before the race I thought a bit more about the strategy I should follow and if you watch this video you can see how effectively/ineffectively I executed it.
After my fourth place last year losing out to a breakaway, I really wanted to try and make a breakaway stick this race. Watch my video to see what I did, what did and didn't work, and lessons learnt for next time.
