Full Morning Beard Routine! Wash, Oil, & Balm 

Again, too much oil. I have a longer beard and I use 7-8 drops. You must have given 25 :P. Remember that the oil is mainly for the skin under the beard, not the hair. For hair there is balm/butter or conditioner. Of course, you can consider this a personal preference, but nevertheless, there is an important point - too much use of oil on a daily basis, however, can cause clogging of skin pores. And it does not matter that the oil will be natural and from a good oil blend.

Is the soft bristles brush better for your beard??

I'm following the same routine Colin, must get me some of that cinnamon balm though, the mrs bought me the oil for Christmas and is lovely. Currently mixing it with the sandalwood balm! Your beard came back fast from the last shave, I've shaved quiet close 2 weeks ago so now growing it back out again as well.

I drink lots of coffee in the morning, does that count? 😅

I've recently started to keep the balm in my pocket during the day to keep it soft, use it on both my moustache and beard as I personally prefer the softer feel than the harder moustache wax, and it works a treat. Oil and balm for day, oil and butter and night. Result!

How often would you advise using conditioner Colin?

I recently bought 2 chicago combs from amazon, the no 6 and the no 8, honestly better than any other comb I've ever used including kent about £10 too 😀
