FULL PAX 2010 Penny Arcade DND Celebrity Game (Aquisitions Inc Season 5) 

Checking in 3/27/23. Have seen this show multiple time and watched until the most recent. I recommend Ac Inc. to everyone, especially if they need a more comedic break from the serious tones in other like campaigns. I miss Aeofel despite the issues, even used his character as the butt end to my own Ac Inc campaign. They inspired my stories and the histories of my worlds and my Players have benefited greatly from it. Thank you!

Just coming in 13 years later to say that these guys are just actually their own characters classes. They fit perfectly and I can’t explain it

I like that Will hates when people call Aeofel 'Al' but when his cloak is covering the t-shirt in the right way the 'A' in Aeofel and the 'L' for lives are the only letters that can be seen

damn this game went from a podcast, to a convention hall, to a huge ass theater with balcony seating at this years pax. so awesome.

This literally came out when i was 15, now i listen to/watch acquisitions inc daily , it got me into dnd and its crazy that its still going on, it seriously doesn't get enough praise for not only entertainment but as a gateway for people into DnD

Acquisitions Incorporated got me into D&D. It was right around the time 5e arrived. I'm glad I was introduced to this awesome game. Thank you for all the laughs and inspiration.

I just recently got into these guys (ive watched some in the past, just didnt take time to watch alot). Watching Binwin in this video, I can see he wasnt happy in the end of his participation in the live shows. He was so full of life. In the end he was just there. His voice even sounded happier.

I've been watching this with my cousins since I was 10, what a long way we've come (now I can actually understand all the jokes)

Now, this isn't hate, but Wheaton really didn't fit in with this group. I get the feeling he has a much bigger love for the roleplaying aspect of the game than the others, so it's not really anyone's fault. They just didn't match. It was kind of awkward when he was trying to get fully into character, and the others were joking around and cutting off his epic speeches. That's why I like the later ones better, with Rothfuss as Viari.

Can we talk about how jelly one gets looking at all these minis? :S I want 'em all now...

Yes, this video, Episode 4 of the Acquisitions Incorporated series, is the first actual video event. Episodes 1-3 are all audio podcasts recorded in private without an audience, although their popularity lead to their inclusion as a PAX Prime public event each year.

Ever since I started watching these, Scott Kurtz has become one of the funniest people IMO. He's has never failed to make me bust out laughing in every episode and every podcast.

I have never played D&D, cinda want to play it, and i love to watch/hear these guys play.

I was at this PAX, I participated in a Red Box contest, and I won a Red Box autographed by Larry Elmore himself. Just a few weeks ago I finally cracked it open as part of a general resurrection of 4th edition stuff I have lying around because I'm running a game at work.

They did a game at each PAX PRIME event since 2010. The 2013 D&D PAX event was preceded by 8 audio podcast's that acted as a prelude to the PAX 2013 show.

Next year I plan to start making clip-art videos and bringing the first three episodes to RU-vid, but I have two ambitious projects I need to finish first, hopefully before New Years.

Yup since they did this it's been a PAX only thing, with the exception of this year introducing a new character in the podcast before this year's PAX game on Saturday.
