"Full Scottish Breakfast" made in Scotland from scottish raw materials, so a wee country but not quite that wee. Anyway "Failte gu Alba", Welcome to Scotland, and nothing better than to start for the beginning, Breakfast. It has none to do with the continental breakfast, it is another dimension. Maybe similar to Full English Breakfast but with several subtle differences. If you dare, you are more than welcome to give the first step in this land. Alba, Tir na nÓg, Alba gu brath.
