With all the things people point out I love the way your all stay so positive. I have nothing but respect for all of the young nails crew. I have been to shows and have met them all. Love the product and the demos. I hope the comments don't ever stop you all from teaching us, as you all don't have to upload your free content for us, you could make us pay for these great teachings. She rushed because she tries to act like she can do a set in 30 minutes when in actuality, it looks trash and she needs 45 minutes to an hour. Honestly if I buy their products just like everyone else we all get better results than they do maybe I'll work for them one day and show them how it's done, I also haven't seen any Black people

Tracy i wanna say I'm so impressed, I hear people tell me that they would like to do nails but their hands shake a lot! And they feel the sets wouldn't look good but here you are defeating the shakes! Your nails look dope! People feel because they have a certain problem or disability that they can't conquer a task! Im gonna keep on encouraging those ladies to just do it dont let those small things dictate your future and how great you can be!

clients now (in my area) dont know forms were the original way of doing extensions. now my salon is one of few that specializes in sculpting in the area and the clients think its the new big thing.

Christine Loader I’m a tech who prefers to sculpt and I don’t do dip. I’m amazed at the number of people who aren’t hip to sculpting. I’m also amazed at the number of people who aren’t aware that the dip method is basically acrylic and glue.

@@gymeni I'm not a fan of dip nails. I decided to try it b/c it isn't (and will never be) a service I offer. When she tried to dip my first finger in the container instead of pouring it on so it was clean, I was literally pulling away. Like... who else's nails have been in this? And tips scare me. I was always taught the only tips you should give people are in a restaurant, so I've never used them unless requested.

I loved this look... I just wanted to say thank you for talking about wrist pain, I have a brain tumour that has grown into my spinal cord, and because of this it really affects my mobility and I have constant pain and some juddering... I also have different sensations and pain in my arms, legs and hands, it causes numbness, pins & needles and I have lost the ability to tell the difference between hot and cold sensations... So hearing your advice about how to hold your clients hands to prevent wrist pain is great news for me, I really appreciate all your hard work and tutorials, they've helped me soo much, I'm teaching myself to do acrylics, so that I can take my time and learn to do acrylics properly... Keep up all of your hard work and have a great day my lovelies... 💫💛💫

Beautiful set. I still want to see someone that doesnt have their nails done on the regular and their nails getting transformed. That would be a good challenge. Because the majority of my clients dont have perfect nails like Steph lol so it will be very useful to grab someone that want to have their nails done once or twice a year, that will be real time for me :) thanks for the videos

Would love to demonstrate this however beings we aren't an actual salon we do have to make due with what we have, we try to simulate different scenarios best we can. Also keeping in mind most salon work should be maintenance once you start building that clientele

In the close up shots initially there was a little gap but she fixed it with the second ball. Speaking as the person wearing the nails (again I'm a huge picker, terrible client) there were no bald spots, knicks or any imperfections for that matter (I would have found them!! haha) and the set lasted weeks just like it should. :) Flawless per usual

I love that your dip powder is also able to be used as acrylic powder with monomer…I started out learning how to use the dip powder system and bought lots of dip colors and now I’ve transitioned over to learning acrylic and didn’t want to buy all new products!! They definitely remind me of the ocean! I absolutely love them! I was really expecting to see some of the liquid blue looking at the set before watching the video. It's always fun to know everyone has different ideas as to how to achieve a look. Mine took 6 hours. I obsess over them so I am still taking 3 hours to do a regular set with designs like foils and stamping with gel polish and Ive been doing nails mostly on Saturday for the past 5 years...I have an office job but nails is what I love to do...

I love hard gel but I miss acrylic, I just find acrylic more fun and less tedious. I’ve always found acrylic so much faster to work with to and less stressful, you do t need to worry about is it cured blah blah lol

@@youngnailsinc Yeah, what is this stuff exactly. Cause I am trying to switch most of my products over to this brand... All I have rn is a trial kit and some concealer peach a friend bought me. I used the Protein Bond + Base and then I used my regular ibd gel... Not a speck of lifting. At all. My nails have been on for two weeks and not even the back section has any sign of lifting. I even used my mother as a test subject (oh that sounds bad) and she does a LOT of cleaning. Her soft gel color is still on with no sign of lifting 3 weeks later. Where before I was using the ibd bonder, as well as the Mia Secret bonder + gel and getting lifting doing the same prep. So, yeah, idk what is in the bottle, but we need more of it.

Goodness I wish we could charge even half that where I’m at! People in Utah freak out about even paying like $50-$60 for a full set even with all the glitz and glam and extra colors and designs. I think that’s why it’s so hard to actually make money as a nail tech in Utah.

I think if I walked into a nail salon and I got my nails done by a tech going this fast I would have a panic attack! I had so much anxiety watching this video! Lol

I’m sorry... this is a mess... as a former I was a nail tech/ educator for 25 years. Young Nails user for many years... My clients would have never let me get away with this quality of work. Sorry... we are all in this industry to make money but other things are important as well.

For sure! Keeping yourself and your clients happy is what it's all about! Many roads lead to Rome right? You can create your sets however works best for you, for us this flawless end result was worth it! Process doesn't have to be pretty just the end result we always say.

I'm sorry but the end result wasn't all that great.... The application was messy.. Yeah I get that... But the shape is what matters at the end... Even if you have to work fast..do it the right way people are paying their hard earned cash for these....I'm pretty sure they would like them to last longer than a week...

Just re watched to be sure! Haha not seeing exactly what you're referring to I wore this set for a couple weeks up close and personal and I'm a picker! lol terrible client, but didn't see any bald spots or areas to pick.

I've noticed with some dip powder kits you have to add clear acrylic to the colored dip powder for it to cure properly when you use monomer with it. It seems like yours doesn't need that step. Interesting. 🤗♥️

Something I do to save time is I use old terry cloth wash clothes to wipe my brush instead of paper towels. They clean the brush much better and you don’t have product clogging the brush or stray glitter bits.

I love young Nails and all your education videos. I understand an hour is a salon speed. But when you are making a video and making her talk at the same time can give the nail tech a lot pressure. The nail tech are very knowledgable and at the same time I feel like she was slightly stressed. I can feel like anxiousness through the video ....

I hope you’re still answering questions from older videos! But I’d like to know if is better or worse to sculpt the nail in one bead or to first create the “tip” then cap/extend the acrylic. I worry about my client nails breaking

That was great!!! And love the multi-use product that’s a plus, instead of having same color of basically the same product (deep vs acrylic). Just to clarify, she said, she used a file per client, it’s that, what you would recommend as how often to change a file?

when she called the first nail art design and her bead wasn't fully wet, did she blow on it? i swear that's what i hear when the brush goes out of frame! just wanna know if that helps soak the bead quicker than turning the brush upside down?
