We need flexibility not hyper flexibility. These look good on dancers, acrobats because these help them in their performance. You know its people who actually are born with hyper mobility choose such professions because it is easier for them. It’s not the other way round.

Hyper mobility is only good till the time it does not give aches and pains. I see many cases of hyper mobility and see them with pain.

So chill and work on strength and flexibility that supports your routine work.
