This is my Segway x260 that I built up in this video( this is the talking version of this build, do have a fast paced one with no talking) #ext #warp9 #trillseekers #surron #segway
The converter that you didn’t know what it did is a DC to DC buck converter. Gas motorcycles have a 12 volt electrical system to run all the electronics (turn signals, headlights, blinkers etc). Some electric bikes have this converter to convert the battery voltage (50-67 volts in your case) down to 12 volts so that you can use generic motorcycle electric parts on your bike instead of having to buy specialty ones that work with higher voltages.
Thank you glad it helps! I’m definitely thinking about it more but once I get a new battery I’ll have to get ride of the wrap and go with the color scheme I want but I like the wrap I want to soon though! I do have a razor mx650 I was going to do a 14kw kit build but might just finish the surron build instead now and trow the old surron parts in the razor
What do you think about the tusk stand? Pretty stable when jacked up high? Also what did you think after the first ride on the new forks on rough terrain? Were you blown away?
I’m really liking the tusk stand definitely a good purchase if you work on your bike definitely trust it when it’s jacked all the way up as long as the bike is tied down with 2 mounts! But yea first ride I was definitely impressed felt like a new bike went over rough terrain with ease👌
I don’t haven’t messed with the adjustments to much but it’s been feeling great! I like my settings to be more stiff, but I think I went with that spring more because I have trailer for it
Yea I was thinking about it, but I still have a couple things I need to buy for it and I want all my blacks and everything to match perfect! But now I don’t have to worry about scraping it up scene’s for round 2 everything will be painted to match and then it will be complete
I hade this bike when it was complete. But the only place I know where you can get one is surronshop, I can get you a code to save some if end up getting one
Not sure if I understand your question, but yes it has titanium bolts (lighter and stronger then stock + look cool) and no it’s technically not a stock controller for this bike. it was a 1200watt upgrade compared to my stock Segway controller!
@@electric_things_ Thanks for the explanation! I'd definitely recommend prioritizing a new controller and battery - you're going to have a blast with the enhanced performance. Your rebuild was not only informative but also easy to follow. I've learned a lot from it. Keep up the great work!
@@phil.d6449thanks man I’m glad it’s helpful!I definitely agree with you on the power upgrades can’t wait to get them, definitely going to be the fastest thing I own!
Yea the bike needed it,couldn’t even handle the stock power and broke most the parts I upgraded! Did add 2,000watts from my stock Segway power train + bigger sprocket that definitely noticeable on the low end torque
Thank you! I’m not exactly sure it did take me longer because of filming but could be done in one session/day , but I think it took 2 hours to take it apart then I broke it down into 2 days around couple hours each so maybe around 10-12 hours I’d guess with filming!
