It feels as if JP is trying to prove the family weren't "treated right" by LE rather than proving Chad's innocence. Keeping the horrible photos in mind, who wouldn't applaud LE for doing everything possible to get justice for everyone?

Garth was brought before the grand jury , so if he had the need for a public defender he must have been accused of lying or changing his stories and he needed a lawyer.

How hard can it be to prove perjury, an offense which should be prosecuted far more often? It just seems too easy to lie in court and manipulate testimony when there aren't any consequences.

How about that rebuttal witness the young man who worked with him at the haunted house to the difference of what Garth told him in opposition to what Garth testified. I love it.

When it's lies its hard to keep straight whereas the truth tends to be consistent. If you are going to lie you have to have an exceptional memory otherwise you're tripped up quite easily.
