VHR I wanted to reposition my locs. I’ve been playing around with my locs for years trying not to get bored with them. I’ve cut half of the back off to get custom designs, colored my locs and everything. So basically got bored and did way too much with them to the point I had to cut them only to basically reset of that makes sense.
Cut my locs during peak covid brain rot dont judge me😂 I had fun doing dyed fades and wigs for a while but nothing is quite the same as my locs. I never knew you could reattach them, but something in my heart couldnt throw them away especially at some rando's barbershop. Its time
Girl! Your just too amazing!!!!! 🤯🤯 I’m still trying to practice this method I stabbed my finger in the process!! 😩😰😰. You make it look so easy 😯. He has a beautiful head of Locs! 👌🏾Thanks for sharing. You did a brilliant job! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾❤️😊
Thank you There are Innocent brothers sent to jail forced to cut them off. Your an angel for showing this secret. I can't tell you in words how great this is. Restore the 👑.

Loooooove it. So awesome. I’m in the process of starting my loc journey this week. I’m so excited. I started my son locs at 1yrs old he now 7yrs old. Thanks so much for this awesome video🥰
This is so satisfying. And I love how your music matches the mood. It’s not too overwhelming. Keep up the good work. I’m about to start locking my Bff’s locks, since he’s moving to the state I’m in.
Good morning. Girl you did the damn thing!!! His hair looks soooo good! I especially like the green and gold at his ends. God bless and keep the videos coming.
You are one of the first natural hair stylists who seems to really APPRECIATE AND LOVE the texture, curl pattern and unique nature of black hair....and I am HERE FOR IT. One question, what are your thoughts on treating or claifying the locs before reattaching?
I just cut my 4 year old locs 2 weeks ago because when I first started I did natural parts. I grew not to like it.. needless to say I'm reattaching in another two weeks.
That’s absolutely amazing what you doing. I’ve been doing hair 25 years never thought I’ll get into dreads but this service right here seems extremely thick in coins🤑. I would definitely love to learn this service. Yes I know how to do the basic of dreads I never reattached any🥴I think I’m ready after watching this video😌😊
@@highlandhusky4977every service has a value 🤷🏾♂️ just tells me you’re cheap and don’t like to spend money on supporting your fellow black businesses 🙈
I am thinking of cutting my locs but was worried about losing the hair and having to start all-over. Glad to see your video. You did a great job. Do you mind sharing where you are located? Thanks.
I am getting ready to do this process same like your client my hair my locs are 9 years old as well so I'm getting ready to part my hair put my parts in and let my locs air-dry and then the next day or later on the same day start reattaching them back on. So this video was very informative and very detailed with step by step directions so thank you for sharing and attaching this loc brother locs back for him.
Wow....just wow....can this be done with 6 inch locs...like reattaching 12 inches of cut locs into 6 inches of already grown locs? Thank you. The Lion's hair came out beautifully...can't tell they were even cut....wow!!!!!
Doing my Bestfriends hair, and it's been a 3 day process!! I stabbed my nail, the needle went my skin! It was horrible, horrible!! SMH yyiu so much for this! I watched it once and thought I got your technique the right way.. I'm like this is taking to long I'm doing it wrong.... you placed the loc underneath!! 😅so now Mets see how fast I go!!!
My hair has been driving me crazy. For weeks I haven't known what to do with it. After giving up, trying on my on I went to a stylist. Worst experience ever and all I requested was a ponytail. Lol. I sported locks for 3 years and combed out because the lock, part ratio was awful. I've wanted to start again, even tho I've been told they make me look masculine when they're short, but I can't help how long it take the locks to get long. But I think this might be a solution for me. Hopefully in time I get that long pretty look. I'm going to do this after my hair grows out some more. Thank you so much for sharing!
I think it’s better to comb out the end of the loc and braid it at the root . That’s how I did mine and my loc were in there strong and the braided part turned fuzzy after a wash and now they are matted and I can’t tell where I reattached to .
I have a question when you detach your locks where do you keep them in a large zip lock back ? And do you shampoo them and let them dry or you just detach them and store them away and dark place ?
is it possible to change my part pattern without starting over? im 8 years in and i never liked the pattern on top of my head. i have rectangles, squares, triangles. very inconsistent
How long would you recommend their hair be before reattachment ? My daughter wants her locs back.. but I feel she has an inch of hair on her head since we cut it
U did a great job, but however washing and making sure the hair and scalp is clean is the first step, and making everything wayyy more easier and better, especially getting the flakes out.
Overtime does the locs ever weaken since the foundation is different? I just started my loc journey so I am no where near wanting to cut them off but was just curious for future references.
Can you cut your locs and rearrange your parts before reattaching them back on again. Cause it feels a bit one sided in terms of arrangement and I want a more uniform look with a middle part
Quick question! Is there any special way to preserve the locs after being cut? Like would you recommend keeping them bagged, in cooler places, separated?my bf is considering cutting them and then reattaching when he misses them
