I've been diligently working, saving, and investing toward financial independence and early retirement, but the economy since the pandemic has eaten up the majority of my $3 million portfolio. I want to know: Do I keep contributing to my portfolio in these unstable markets, or do I look into alternative sectors?

I stopped listening and taking financial advise from these RU-vidrs, because at the end of the day, I end up with a bunch of confusing stocks without knowing when to take profit, In reality, all I needed was professional advice.

I’m a contractor, and my job doesn’t permit me the time to properly analyze my holdings/evaluate stocks myself, so I’ve had a fiduciary " Jenny Pamogas Canaya " actively restructuring my portfolio for the past 7 years now to match the present market condition and that’s how I’ve been able to stay afloat, knowing when to buy and sell…maybe you should do the same.

The vegan pastries always get me🤩 About the Valentino bag, this is a different designer! The one you had is from Mario Valentino the brand is a bit of a copy car, it’s not Valentino Garavani which is the original luxury fashion house. There was a big debate for the name back at the time.

Hi, Olive, I miss Berlin so much. I have been a vegan for almost four years now and one of my biggest influences was Jenny Mustard when she lived in Berlin. And your apartment in a special way reminds me of theirs (the Fireplace). Anyway, I really appreciate your content.

Not sure where you are in South Africa but I found Cape Town to have a lot of vegan friendly options! I was pleasantly surprised 😊 but yes, you’re right…it’s very meat based 😅

Plants lack vitamin A, D, K2, B12, heme-iron, saturated fat and omega 3 (EPA and DHA). Supplements are toxic and not well absorbed. So veganism is not sustainable long term. Have you tried one of the ancestral diets instead? (keto/paleo/carnivore/sapien), which is meat heavy and low in carbs? - we ate like this for 99% of history.
