I'd love it if you could be more specific. You will agree with me that it is critical for a beginner because the individual executing the exercise should not end up repeating it more than once.

Hi Rohit,all exercises are very useful.But,I did not find you telling about the repetitions and sets for each exercise that you were showing.I will appreciate if you can specify that.You will agree with me that for a fresher,I think it is of utmost important as the person who is doing the exercise should not end doing it more.

Sir, I am 42 but when I joined gym a few years ago, i used to feel pain in my left hand while lifting up weight so I left gym but I want to keep myself fit and tight also. I am not fat but my weight is 5 kg extra according to my height according to my understanding. So can you advice me what should I eat as I am vegetarian and what sort of exercise should i do to keep myself healthy and energetic at this age also?
