Hello guys.
Finally! Here is my flight report on my trip with Philippine Airlines from Manila to Haneda (Tokyo, Japan) on their newly configured A330-300 Tri-Class aircraft.

I think it’s great that they give out pillows and blankets in Economy on a relatively short flight. Love the reconfigured seats on the A330 although I think those screens are a bit too glossy. Great video man! You got yourself a new subscriber haha!

I just love the new interior of their a330. I wish they’d update the rest of their a330 to this configuration to have a most consistent fleet.

I flew on PAL a year ago and I have to agree. They've really improved! I will definitely book with them again, if I have a chance.

alan carre Yes, they did. I’ve always wanted to try their long haul flight from Toronto to Manila so I can compare them with Air Canada, which I always take.

Can't wait for the A350-1000 for the Philippine Airlines I always come to ride this airlines since I was still a kid the biggest plane I ride was the 747 retired in 2014 but in the 2019 Pal will receive 21 new aircrafts and in 2024 Pal will be a 5star airline soon

sana naman i upgrade nila yung A330 Flight PR682-683 Dammam-MNL, wala man lang entertainment system, usb port charger, at masikip legroom.

Thanks for sharing. Hoping that the same A330 reconfigured will be utilized for all flights to ME i.e RUH, DMM, DOH & DXB. The current A330 flying these routes are bi class without IFE and the 3-3-3 seat layout. Why?

So there's an IFE in economy seats of PAL A330_300.IVEwatched some vlogger boarding at the same airline and aircraft and his complaining of IFES absence at ecomony class

The older A330s used for middle east flights do not have IFEs. The newer one that are used for trips to countries like Japan have IFEs.

Jes DeCruz Yes. I think NAIA T2 only has one aerobridge per gate. So both business and economy passengers pass on the same entrance.

Air Canada has 10-abreast economy class (3-4-3) in its Boeing 777, making it 17".

PHILIPPINES AIRLINES is the best but I agree that the company should have more liveries to make it more exciting stating the countries slogan "IT'S MORE FUN IN THE PHILIPPINES" to promote the country more since it is the National Carrier. ;)

Racel Apuyan PAL now has premium economy on some a330 in triclass config. PAL's A330 tri class aircrafts have business, premium economy and economy. It started last year.

Ang problema sa PAL. Un mga flights na ppnta middle East, Ang kipot ng upuan. Tpos kpg kakain kau Ang hrap dhil un space, napaka liit. Kpg napunta ka sa gitna need Ang hrap Lalo kog ppnta ka sa cr. Also we have no entertainment!

That’s unfortunate hear. Maybe cost savings? I don’t really know. Hopefully in the future ma-upgrade din nila yung A330s nila for middle eastern flights. Or at least offer free iPads in lieu of built in entertainment screens.
