I just saw this evo for sale on auto trader for like 59k yesterday, they were claiming it has 650whp 😂

so im curious, at 4:00 minutes in the video as you are pulling off the dyno i am hearing a sound thats like ch ch ch... like a chugging sound. my evo is fully built as well and it makes this noise rather loud but its not constant. Is that sound normal? It doesnt sound good and I never noticed the noise until the engine and head got built for my evo x. any info would be great as I am unsure ive been chasing ghosts trying to track down the issue. Thanks for your time!
