Agreed on principle, but a proper block-built ship at that scale would cause a lot of lag.

VestedUTuber I think what they mean is make a ship of 10 blocks maybe 30 blocks. No massive change in part count, but enough to randomize the damage done.

They already have pretty well stripped down models of the Carrack and ISD, and I think are starting with a VSD, so maybe one of the Anti Fighter Ships mentioned might come.

Last I checked it's just not possible in SE. At least, not without making it enough separate blocks that it essentially defeats the purpose of having them split up like they are. Collision is (or at least was) limited to a certain number of up to 4 cuboid collision markers, pretty much limiting the complexity of collision on an individual block. Most complex a single block with an interior could be was a hollow cube or similar. Best you're likely to see is usable hangar bays unless KSH significantly overhauled the collision model. It's been a couple years or so since I last did any modding on SE so this could be outdated info, but it's not likely to be much better odds of happening even if they have changed it.

Neronix17 I thought if they can get it to be treated like doors for an airlock, with the block being able to be walked inside then it technically should work.
