Sleep hypnosis is a practice like any form of meditation. It can have an immediate effect on you but it often takes time and practice. We are complex spiritual beings and requires a lot of regular defragmentation in order to maintain a healthy body and positive mindset.

I stumbled across this recording a couple weeks ago. I am healing after a break up. Guided self-hypnosis has been a go to for many years. Healing inner child, healthy self esteem, and healthy relationships are just a few skills worked on through guided self-hypnosis which were successful. Naturally, finding one to heal a broken heart seemed right. This session has helped IMMENSELY! I made it a point to engage the guided self-hypnosis everyday for about 2 weeks. I TELL NO LIES: this meditation is a Godsend!!!

I had been carrying a physical pain around for years that I just couldn't shift but today after years of having that pain,it has finally been released thanks to this video and an exercise I came across to release heart blockages. Might not work for everyone but would like to share. You find a comfortable,quiet position Close your eyes as think back to a time when it was safe to love wether it be a childhood friend,relative or even a pet. Embrace that feeling and sit with it. What it does or what it did for me anyway is allow me to create a new path way that yes you may need to protect your heart from 'unsafe' love but that it is ok to allow yourself to relax in the presence of safe love.

This is incredible. I am so broken right now. While listening to this audio, tears just kept falling on my cheeks, but as I listened to the words, I felt calmed. Eventually I slept with a deep sense of peace. I am definitely using this each time lonely thoughts of the break up beset me until such time that I NO LONGER NEED THIS, because by then, I am totally healed and happy once more. I feel very heartbroken. She left me in a long distance right before we could actually get together in one territory. We have been talking since her decision. She says she loves me but for now she wants to be alone. I am terribly torn and broken. It’s hard to wake up in the mornings with this silence in our chat. I listened to the meditation last night but I was drifting to sleep all the time. I really hope it still will work.

It doesn't feel safe to let go.. it feels like I'm opening myself up for more future pain and will get hurt again the same way. That's where I have to start I think. I don't know why I can't let go though. I'm still with the person who hurt me and want to forgive but if I do how can I trust it won't happen again. He's had bouts of "disloyalty" throughout our relationship that was never full-on cheating until it eventually was. I don't know what to do. I don't know how to get past this or feel safe to trust him again...
