25:31 It's not a bird, but given that the people in this sketch can't tell the difference between a grown man and a little girl, i assumed it was intentionally not a bird, which i think made it even funnier
Honestly the not-bird in the Toddarina episode is *better* as a comically unrealistic prop rather than as a real bird. It really sells the absurdity that's key to the punchline.
*(Cuts to Tom in the visiting room of a prison with the side guest on the other side of the glass. With a ‘grainy’ voice changer, Tom says “Well shit.”)*
Meanwhile in a parallel universe where Tom is a master at krav maga and his third cousin who also happens to be a Canadian pirate is on trial for unwillingly stealing Chevy Chase’s left big toe
Tom would ask silvia to get the skull of a goat with cyclopia and silvia actually getting one... I mean she had the dignity to get a fursuit. So getting a skull wouldn't be so hard.
when i did a student film in secondary school, i proposed we do a sweet short film in which a teenage lesbian comes out to her best friend. i was overruled and we made a film abt a girl stuck in a time loop that involved a car accident. i feel vindicated. thank u tom.
I just made a crappy pun based on the A-Team except I made them canadian. With nothing to show the resultant Eh-Team being canadian beyond myself yelling "Get the hosers!" and the lad helping me out shouting "God save the canadian queen" Meanwhile, he made a pun on the B-Team - where they just rode bikes. I cannot ride a bike for the life of me and just ended up sort of squat-walking along with it. It was good fun.
I had no idea that Sam even existed, and as a nonbinary person it warms my heart to see that you aren’t bigoted when it comes to us. Thank you and all the others for making the live action shorts and the asdf movies, I watched them a lot when i was a little younger.
I'm french and found tomska's chanel through antoine daniel (the guy in le alien) but back then I didn't speak english and decided to learn english so I could understand the video, I'm bilingual now so thanks tomska
Moi j'ai fait des vf toutes peté d'eddsworld avec des potes de lycées pour pouvoir le partager a plus de potes et ma famille.... C'est de loin le plus grand succès youtubesque de ma vie X)
I mean, they coulda gotten some guy to do what he thought a French accent was, which probably would have made the sketch worse cuz you'd be focused on how bad the accent is?
13:20 Yeah it would have been tough, your strong for been able to perform a super hard cool action seen after your friend died Good job and holding through We’re proud of you
@@stephaniejane5040 me to omg my parents and friends hate me but it's so much fun and so interesting to find out little tidbits of unknown info and tell people about it Ahhhh my people
Same. I like the odd bit of fun interesting trivia in quiet bits but if you're talking over a WORD of important movie dialogue I will shush you very aggressively.
It's a line of collectible props from Weta Workshop; Dr Grordbort's Infallible Aether Oscillators. I'm not sure how they ended up in TF2 but they were cool additions.
5:40 So wait, that crazy girlfriend breaking the xbox meme was fake? And you made it? Someone give this man an award, because you convinced the whole population of the internet that this was REAL!!😂
Tomska realising he can't be dressed as Santa while there's another one in the parade or else childrens will start questioning their reality is really pure and genuine ! And as a french, I'm kinda surprised that Antoine didn't know how french people were " stereotypicaly " seen
If I remember correctly, there were quite a few RU-vidrs featuring Kylie around the time it happened... My guess is it must have been a management thing
When I saw 1 Man, 27 Impressions come out and heard then"Here's you three cheeses, with a free Jesus." I just pointed at the screen ad said "Oh look, he used the joke."
39:11 I just realized that this joke was reused in the bad impressions sketch. Never trash your old ideas, kids. You'll never know when they can become something great.
@@JAB_the_Tab honestly I don’t even remember, I just got it off the internet years ago, though a friend of mine drew me a new one, just haven’t updated it here yet. Probably will do that soon
Found your channel /you only a week ago or so (even tough i'm on youtube since the beginning) Really love your work, laughing to tears a lot. Very good work!
@@Parcivals-Creations I don’t remember writing this comment I’ve seen that video multiple times though so I assume I either made a joke so obscure that even don’t get it or I misread the comment
It’s actually completely uploaded in one of the Scrap’d Weeks. Honestly, I see why he scrapped it in favor of the one we see now, but it’s still cool. Edit: It’s Scrap’d Week 2.
FUN FACT: the french guy in "Le Alien" is actually a REALLY famous french youtuber named Antoine Daniel. He was very popular at the time and now he is streaming on Twitch The end
Maybe the reason Antoine Daniel was so confused by the outfit was that the blue striped top is a stereotypically Breton item of clothing? It would be like a French RU-vidr making a British stereotype by putting him in a kilt and having him eat a leek. The reason we think of that look as being synonymous with France as a whole is because, back in the day, Breton marinières (seamen / onion venders) would come to the British mainland to trade, and we applied that look, with the stripy jumper and the beret, to the entire country, without their knowledge.
It’s staggering how many of these branded shoots had to be totally changed at the last minute, I’m amazed that such unprofessional incompetence is so common at that level of production. Maybe fair timetables for changes should be included in the contracts?
They do, kinda. But when you're working with such a complex beast as media production, all it takes is one assistant spilling something on some notes 2 weeks ago to collapse literally everything. It's a field that relies enormously on people, isn't considered essential and is amazingly complicated. Its shocking most films even come out.
If you've ever seen the "Child's Play"/"Chucky" films. The Writer Don Mancini does something like this A LOT. Writers: Hey, we need another idea for this one. Don: Well I had this idea that was rejected 2 or 3 movies ago, let's use that here.
@@OfficialIvy2006 you're aware that Tom used to be a Jehovah's Witness, and Jehovah's Witnesses don't celebrate Christmas, which is part of the reason Tom doesn't much like it, right?
@@OfficialIvy2006 As a Christian, Tom is perfectly allowed to make Jesus jokes regardless of what he does or does not celebrate or believe in. We don't own Jesus.
