This is an episode of a children's game show called "Fun House." It ran for a few years in the late 80's, piggybacking off the success of Nickelodeon shows such as Double Dare. The host, J.D. Roth, was an unknown at the time, but has since gone on to write books and host other game shows and talk shows. The show featured twin sisters dressed as cheerleaders, and each sister was assigned to one of the pairs of contestants. The announcer/comic relief was named Tiny, and he was always doing stupid shit. The reason I can discuss this 80's relic with such authority is because I was a contestant on the show.
