I agree. As a married woman who also works in a very male-heavy industry, there are things you will never see me do or say around other men...whether they are friends, clients, or random people. It is my own personal protocol. It's not like I signed a behavioral contract or anything after the wedding. You just know how to keep it simple...and if respect is important to you, a little self-awareness can go a long way. But I definitely will look anyone in the eye. (I had to work on that.)😉
