My friend and I just came across this one and found it way too funny, no hate tho, we love Lars! #shorts #larsulrich #larsimples #metallica #larsdrums #ulrich #motorbreath #jameshetfield #kirkhammett #robtrujillo #metallicalive
Yea but honestly, his tom's were totally off beat AND completely missing a few for the pattern he was attempting, too. He's ALWAYS played so loose and sloppy. Without the ability to do 100 takes in the Studio, he would have MURDERED their albums. When I saw them live I was expecting it, but still kinda disappointed when it was happening.
He's been a lot better on the last tour (72 Seasons tour). He admitted that he stopped practising years ago but has started again recently which makes sense
@@armyofninjas9055if you look at his work on AJFA album, there are a lot of funky groove and beat from him, not counting Master and Ride album, i'm not calling them "best" either but the world recognize him from it.
Same! I hate seeing him behind the smaller kits. This comming from someone born around the time he got rid of the 4 racked toms. It just never looked right. Now someone like Vinnie Paul...different story. 😂
@@LesGaming511 it was meant as a joke :D but if you want to look at it from a different angle, Lars messing up has become sort of an event by itself. If I had some extra cash and nothing better to do, I would go to a Metallica concert to see/hear Lars mess up and have a laugh :) think of it as going to a stand-up comedy show with a joke on drums :D
When i swiped onto this video, i had to look away at another screen at work. Without seeing lars and just hearing the audio, my initial thought was "this is probably a video of kids just practicing playing together for fun". Then i saw who it was 💀💀💀
@David-yp9ou gonna have to look these up. If these drummers just play all the parts written by lars (but tighter) that is still great but not what I meant. Lars didn't write the best parts. I would love to hear another take on those albums
There is hundreds of videos of Lars doing this kinda stuff. Simple fact is he doesn't take lessons or practice. He use to when he was younger but once they reached the high levels of fame Lars got lazy.
This is fucked, but he's the first wheel to fall off the wagon after seeing that fidly shit on right foot. That's where the cocaine sediments rested and are now jumping the breaker in that right ankle 🤯
@@Ninjolliehe didn’t day “greatest” or “worst.” He’s truly ONE of THE drummers of ALL TIME. And that’s the joke. This is referencing a joke made decades ago, and it still works, lol.
At least kirk played an actual rhythm. Lars flubs every bonham triplet he attempted... His right foot had an actual seizure. It's like me when i haven't played or practiced once in 5 years.
What's so wild is that his right hand is basically dead-on but his other limbs are literally in another dimension of time. Technically you could say he DID nail it, because despite how disorienting it sounds; he's on beat lol. On their modern records, his Snare is often quantized but not his kicks; ironically giving him a sound somewhat like you're hearing here.
On drums. Drum rudiments are different patterns in drum fills or drum pad. If you understand. Lars had to do a flam tap rudiment. Which is EASY, at least for me, when your doing a drum fill.
He honestly just doesn't know how to do stuff. His mind goes to the business of the band before the drumming, which makes it even cooler that he drums for the biggest band of all time
As long as you point at someone beforehand and stand up afterwards you can literally shit your pants and it’s gonna fool the average Neanderthal 😂 -Lars
Lars is responsible for some of the most recognisable fills in metal and played thousands of shows but somehow manages to regress to someone who has played drums half a week every now and then 😂 nobody is shocked anymore lars is lars
