I usually pay attention to all russian goons’ random phrases (as I’m Russian, heh :D) and my favourite one is that I’ve heard only on Portriat of a Killer mission: “You will be split up like Yugoslavia”
Idea: Check if max stats and default stats have any difference during heists and other missions. Also, will the dialogue change for Michael and Trevor when they say to get better at shooting/flying
