Amaizing! Even though I am capable of building relatively complex working models I am loving these basic tutorials. I have learned so much enabling me to build things much more eficiently. keep them coming
Is there a good way to find the problematic sections of a complex shape when the shell function gives an error? Something like the red marking on a fillet error would be useful. My only method to find where is the problem, to split the body into smaller pieces and test which one gives the shell error, but this takes a lot of time specially on a bigger, complex body. I hope you have some tricks I haven't heard of :)
Shell can indeed be hit and miss. It is highly dependent on the quality of the surfaces involved. I don't really have any general tips. The Autodesk Fusion 360 official forum might be a good source for tips.
