The DEFINITIVE list of fast food chain rankings as voted upon by a diverse panel of food experts Broadcasted live on Twitch -- Watch live at / mega64podcast
I feel the passion in these debates. This is the best food ranking I've seen on RU-vid because you guys actually cared deeply about it. Thank you for your time.
22:30 you put Chic-Fil-A at S because "you can't count the service, we're only talking about the food in front of us" and then you put five guys at A because it's too expensive. 27:30 and then you gave jack-in-the-box points for being open all the time and being cheap
The stacker burgers from BK are pretty good but it's mostly from the sauce. DQ has a Flamethrower Burger which again I love but mostly because of the sauce. The actual quality of the burgers at both place is pretty sad.
When Burger King had chili and cheese fries they would let you just add chili to your Whopper. Hands down the best way to eat a Whopper in my opinion. Those glory days were short-lived though...
When I was in Texas I had In N Out and it was honestly not close to what I had in San Diego (if I'd done my research I should have gone for Whataburger, next time). I had little caesars for the first time a few months ago and had pizza hut for the first time in a long time recently and I expected to have pizza hut around the same quality as little caesars and I was blown away by how much it exceeded my expectations. When I was going to school in Massachusetts a chick-fil-A opened near by (20 minute drive) I positively gorged myself on it. I used to like chipotle til I tried moes which I liked until I went to California. I respect the mention of jack in the box's variety, we got it while in LA after Universal and the options were wild, there weren't any near where I lived in Maine, Connecticut, Massachusetts, or Canada (Nova Scotia). There was a sonic near my place in Connecticut and I had DQ's food for the first time after I saw the lighthouse and I agree with Ryan's point. I used to go to subway infinitely when I was in school, every lunch while I was in clinic and I straight up haven''t had it in years, similiar to Rocco and I agree with Jimmy Jon's and definitely firehouse being well above it. I had Taco Bell for cinco de mayo in my first year of Optometry school, ate like 14 tacos and truly thought I was going to die on the toilet the next day. Wendy's is my favourite (keep in mind we don't have chickfilA, InNout, raising canes, jack in the box, panda express, carls jr, smash burger, chipotle, sonic, whataburger, shake shack around here and just recently got a five guys and papa johns)
lol there was a King Gizzard album tier maker link on that page near the weird USB/marvel link 👌🏻 I put out Poly on my label so that album better go S rank all day
I agree that nothing could stack up against local San Diego burrito places, it has honestly ruined my local (Canadian) mexican food experiences. I had no idea raising canes was an option out there I'll have to try it next game days. I was also curious about Del Taco since there was one right by the Marriott, good to know to try the epic steak and potato burrito (if anything).
It's actually incredible how much I agree with Ryan on the sodas. All F's for diets and the DPs were spot on. Baja Blast is S tier though. The greatest specialty soda ever.
I don't know what the hell burger king is like over there but the burgers actually feel/taste like meat and I'd eat burger from bk any day of the week before I touch a mcdonalds burger. Plus the bacon king is a solid burger. BK fries are about equal to mcdonalds fries tho. idk guys just not getting the bk heat. BK E, mcdonalds F
I got a whopper and fries the other day after not eating there in years and it wasnt bad at all, unique tasting burger on a sesame seed bun and some thick crispy fries mmm mm
I do think Chipotle has the issue of “YOU WENT TO THE WRONG ONE” but if you go to a Chipotle where the properly rotate their food and cook it well? Easy A tier, maybe S. Probably my most visited fast food restaurant of all time. You guys talk about how location doesn’t matter, so I don’t think you should really be comparing it to your perceptions of texmex in California
You guys are missing out on a lot of east coast fast food which is much better (imo) than the western states fast food. S Tier: Zaxbys easy (def over Raising Cane's), Kyrstals, Cookout
@rocco y'all are sleepin on Canes (A tier at least). one thing I didn't hear mentioned, but you need to get the BOB (butter on both sides toast) its the secret to the canes experience because they make it fresh and its delicious. I always get the 3 piece combo and get the fries and toast replaced with 2 BOBs!
Taco Bell is at least a B. Sometimes I'm disappointed but most of the time they deliver. Nice value menu, 5 buck boxes are great, when they have fries and chickstars they level up too. Probably the best fast food breakfast food too.
Why for other places besides Chik Fil A you factored in the environment/everything but for Chik it was "just the taste"? That place feels like walking into Get Out. #CuckedFilA
You guys had me livid when you ranked Dominoes. Dominoes is D at BEST. Also with Subway. Subway is fucking god awful. It's a non-negotiable F. Great vid tho, pretty good list
