I am an out of shape 53 year old woman and I love these chair workouts to get me back into the swing of things before venturing to more rigorous standing routines. You are such a beautiful group people who clearly love what you're doing! I love the music selections and also how you don't talk alot during the workouts. I will be exploring more of your workout gems and thank you so much for helping me getting motivated.
Omg! I am so happy to find a chair exercise that I can do with my injuries. I can find a exercise that I can do every night now. Please don't stop. You are my only hope. I have tried many chair exercise and I didn't get pass the warm up. Good bless you 🙏
My ankles were hurting today and I didn’t want to jump around trying to do aerobics. After searching for chair aerobics, I found your video! Wonderful workout! I was sweating. I didn’t expect it to work so well. I’ll definitely subscribe for more of your wonderful videos
Not just for seniors. I'm only 35 (soon to be 36) & I do this during my 15 minute morning break at work. This workout really does help me get through the day. My 72 year old mom loves this, too!

I love this video. I will be 70 in two weeks, and have had RA for over 40 years. Although I do pretty good, I can't participate in some exercises. This video is perfect. Nice to see your Dad working out with you.
Here I am 3 years later just coming across Fuzion Fitness...I did the chair workout and it was awesome...I worked up some sweat. Being a heavy person doing the walking exercises hurt my body and turned me off...so I went looking for chair exercises....I hope I can find more....thanks for doing the video!!!

I am use to working out regularly, but recently I severely injured my leg. I had been so discouraged that I couldn't do my walking or workouts like I used too. I stumbled across your video and it has renewed my spirit! I had been so depressed not getting to workout, but your video has shown me it IS possible to work up a sweat and get a good workout IN A CHAIR...hahah! I also love your music as well. Just really wanted to take time out to thank you for thinking of people who aren't as mobile due to injuries or other health concerns. I feel alive again. God bless you and you are beautiful! When I got breast cancer I could no longer do my kick boxing and step workouts so I bought a pilates reformer with a rebounder attachment, similar to a mini trampoline except you are working out lying down. This workout would have been perfect at that time as well. I love it. Now I do this type of workout when I really don't feel like working out but need to get some kind of exercise in. As well as an add-on to walks or higher intensity workouts. Perfect! Music is on point!

Thank you so much. I'm rehabbing a broken bone in my foot and wearing the terrible boot. I have tried a few other chair exercises and you are the only one that made me feel alive and not treat me like I'm 70 (almost but not ready to own it yet.)
you rock!! me and my mom love to watch you. she is about to be 65 and she started doing your exercises with me!! we had tried several other chair exercises but they just didn't fit her needs Like yours! she has been unable to walk for almost a year, in a wheel chair due to inactivity, weight gain and general pain.now with healthy eating and your videos she is loosing weight and walking with a walker and hoping to put that away soon. thank-you again. p.s. your father is precious

Have been doing thsi workout every morning since April when schooll closed. Since I wasn't doing my 6000 steps per day I needed a replacement. Thank you for such a great workout!

I've been feeling discouraged because my left upper body including my arm and left ankle and entire foot have been injured for a awhile and I couldn't find any sit down exercise apps in the app store so I turned to youtube and this was the first to pop up. I am so thankful in the Lord for this workout. Thanks so much of those who are more limited. You have truly blessed me!

Im a linedancer but have been having extreme hip pain and I'm sad I won't be able to dance for a while until I get to the doctor and see what I can do for this and until I lose some more weight. I felt silly abt the thought of doing chair exercises but thx to this video I was still able to get my exercise n and all feel like I was dancing and the music is awesome. ♥️♥️♥️

I have back and knee issues that cause me not to be up on my feet for long periods and this was so amazing and it helped me a lot, this was my first day but definitely not my last, you rock... losing weight will be well worth it so that I can get back up on my feet, thanks
I'm off my feet because of knee surgery. This is so much more fun than the exercises the doctor told me to do. Physical therapy needs to learn to work with music if they want people to do this stuff. Thank You! What a beautiful group of people.

Me too in addition to my weight gain I work nearly seven days a week doing deliveries and by the time I come home at night my feet and my heels are so painful but have you noticed any weight loss with these chair exercises

I am in my mid sixties and this workout is delightful. I have back, knee and foot issues, so being able to have a nice chair exercise is great for me. I felt like I was able to get good stretches and work up to a slight sweat which I call good! Thank you for thinking of us (oldies) who still want to workout no matter what our limitations are. You have a good warm up and cool down too. Again, thanks.

Found this station for my granddaughter’s workout for home school. I love this as well and will be tuning in for my daily exercise! I have subscribed and will be workin it! Also love the music!
I’m finding this a great exercise now I can’t do any hydrotherapy with the Coronavirus. I had a knee replacement in November last year and it’s helping me lots. Great to do and love the music too.
