Hey, you started, that's the first battle. Do what you can each day and keep coming back each day. Before you know it, you can do the whole program. This was my mindset when I started and I can now complete the whole video. Congratulations on starting. Keep it up.

I am 66 and have been doing my exercises daily for 33 days and noticed that I can sit up streight without an effort (developed good core muscles) and I even have a nice little washboard now. Thank you for your nice workout, not too challenging, yet very effective.

I'm 79 and just started with this gal. She starts right off with the exercises which I appreciate. Some of the others I looked at talked so much before getting into the exercises. I like to get with it at the beginning and cut through the "small talk" (which may be important) but I want to "get with it".

I am 67 and have had 2 reverse total shoulder replacements, so the arm things I can't get above my head, but I made it thru the rest!!! Thank you so much Mizi - you are gorgeous and an inspiration for us older ladies!!

This is the best chair workout I have found. I love the pace which is not too fast and it targets all the areas I am trying to work on. My first go to chair abs video now

First Day. 73. I did it! A little hard because I have broken both knees and an ankle in 6 years but did it. I might not have looked beautiful but I’m excited. No talking, no loud music. See you tomorrow ❤

After breaking my ankle and putting an end to running, for the time being, I have just come across chair works out. This one is easy to follow, no endless chatter, and a good low impact workout. Thank you.

This was so great! I’m a super beginner at working out and I always hated doing floor exercises for core because it hurt my lower back so much. But this still made me sweat and I could feel my abs engaged! Life changing 💖

My osteoarthritis in my lower back makes me unable to get on the floor. This lot of exercises look like I could do them. Hopefully. I'm 69 yrs old. Cross fingers for me. Thank you 😊

Ive been doing this workout now for 8 weeks & waited to see what would happen before giving evaluation. Welll...i began due to a VERY bad back & needing to strengthen my core muscles in my abs so my back doesnt work so hard at supporting me. Due to these ... blocks...i was tentative at best but began. Now, 2 months in the things i couldnt do? Are almost easy!!! My heart rate goes up and i DO break a sweat so its also burning stored fat as long as i keep my carbs & sugar intakes in check. So YES...this chair workout WORKS and i will add weights and keep going! Thank you Mizi!! ❤

Great chair work-out..I have vertigo so it's difficult for me to do aerobic but now I have mitzi to encourage me to keep going on strengthens my core again, thank u so much!! 😊❤

I have Lyme disease that resulted in RA since I was 34. I can only do chair exercises because everything else hurts my joints too much. Thanks for putting this vid out! Super helpful!

I have been doing your upper body tapes for awhile now. And I figure I would do a sitting stomach video in addition to the others. I really like it. My upper body is much more toned up, especially my arms. Keep up the good work.

This is amazing! I do this at work when I have downtime and it helps to keep me awake and alert! I need this because my core is bad and I need to strengthen it to prevent back pain. This is literally just what the doctor ordered. Thanks so much!

Mizi, first time with this workout with you and loved it. I am trying to strengthen my core and firm my abs and I can only do these in a chair and I feel that I got a fantastic abs workout. I will have this one on my go to video list.

I'm 58yrs and and have fibromyalgia and an inactive desk job.exercising is painful with my condition put this one was easy to follow and low impact. I did try Mizi longer seat video but found I got the movements wrong rub tummy pat head syndrome but will give another go. exercises easy to follow and fun. will continue until I reach my belly blob is gone target. Very clever exercises. I often can't work my legs due to illness but I still want to exercise even more so I look at very many of these chair workout videos. I could modify yours easily until my legs join in & I definitely still feel the benefit, thank you so much for thinking of this

OK, I'm 61 and OUT OF SHAPE! That was a sweat creating workout!!! Once I get this down and feel stronger, I'll start your other workouts. Today is the beginning of a new fitness journey of eating and exercising for better health. See you tomorrow. 🙂

I've done this workout several times. Today I got into a pair of jeans that I couldn't even pull up over my hips before. I got them buttoned, still a little tight in the waist, but I think another week or so they will be a loose fit. Very encouraging for me!

I have h-ehlers danlos syndrome and apart from having to skip the ones that required twisting of the core this was such an excellent workout for people with less strength. Thank you.

First go was yesterday. My thoughts were that it may not be enough to actually get results. Then I woke up with soar sides, an area I struggle to target. So thank you. I'm in 👍

I have lymphedema and lipoedema in my thighs. My legs are like lifting weights, but I did 70% of the exercises. I’m 74 and will keep working on it.

I'm so sorry you're suffering from those conditions. My daughter has lipedema and she has had lots of trouble. It's also quite depressing for her 😢

Please offer more variety of sit down exercise that are stretch, cardio and muscle building. Really helpful extension of what you have already. Thanks and the exercises are helpful. Good music and accurate exercise display. I like that you are precise and intentional! :)

Ok today I started the first work out and I feel the work out ha ha. I’m double jointed in my hips so sum of these were a lil difficult to do. I heart and lung issues but I’m going to stick to this everyday! Thank you and God bless

Managed to get to the end. Some I couldn't do well, as my belly and leg's are too fat. Hoping as I go on this will get easier. I walk be 70 years old this year. I want to seriously lose all the belly fat I can.

Yours is my GO TO exercise program every morning. Love the sequencing that is progressive, and before you know it, the 15 mins are over. And yes, no words......and great choice of music. THANKS.
