So I'm about to get a Future Impact and a Soleman as well. I'm trying decide if I want a Cry Baby like on this clip or the S.A Dual Expression or the S.A Reflex. Can I get tones like at the 47 second mark when you go toe down position on the the S.A dual Expression or the S.A Reflex? Thanks for any feedback
Natan: "I've been waiting for you, Cliff. The circle is now complete. When I left you I was but a learner, now I am the master" Cliff Burton: "only a master of fuzz, Navarro!"
For decades I looked down my nose at bass pedals and effects..... until I got a 1977 Peavey 400 amp with built in distortion and fuzz. Now I need fuzz. I am fuzz. Respect the fuzz......
YT been feeding me your older vids all of a sudden. Saw you're playing a Spector and had to watch. Your 2020/21 review of the NS-5 Dimension helped me make that purchase in confidence, and I'm quite the Spector fan, now. I now understand why people rave about the tone.
That was a great way to begin my day as I chug down my coffee, Nate! I love that idea of Fuzz->Wah for bass. The drums helped bring it together. Very cool. Thank you, sir!
Nathan Navarro Thank you so much for sharing that info. I have invested to get to get the MXR Bass Wah mini cos of this video.. now watching this again with endless search for the right fuzz, i guess i shall stick to this Source Audio Aftershock "Bass Octave Fuzz". Shall use this to see if it stacks well with bass synth effect.
@@TheyCallMeNoName34 i am using with other Fuzz such as JHS Muffuleta for a selectable range of Fuzz and MXR Variac Fuzz for a sagging fuzz effect. Works well for me for now but I am still saving up for this Source Audio Fuzz as I really like a Fuzz with Octave straight than having to switch my fuzz with a stacking MXR Octave Deluxe.
I've got the crybaby 105q for bass, and when its pulled back up it tends to stop the sound for a few micro second. Is this normal? Its because it doesnt have an "on" switch like the commom wah pedals? PLEASE HELP :'(
