FX barrel shot ATP King slugs

Ammunitions: ATP King .22 40 grain, dieamter 5.50mm ( .2165 ) - CNC turned lead slugs
Barrel - FX superior heavy 700mm
Airgun: Altaros M24 - model for testing slugs in diferents barrels brands and types
Stock: Oryx chassis for Remington 700 LA
Muzzle velocity: 278 m/s - 912 fps 40gr ATP King = 100 J or 75 fpe
All 3 misses were caused by the shooter :
1 miss- bad wind estimate
2 miss- aiming too far right
3 miss- bad hold, after the shot the reticle was raised and the shot therefore went up
I this barrel I also teste ATP King .22 40 grain, dieamter 5.52mm ( .2173 ) with very similar/same result, so this ATP King its not picky about barrel diameter.

I used this slug with my power block fx m3 heavy liner 700mm, speed around 840-860 fps, and unbelievable accuracy at any disctiance above 100 yards. Perfect slug but relatively high cost.

Hi, if you mean the stock, then no, it's still an airgun, so there are fundamental differences, the main ones are for example the hole for the regulator and pressure gauge + supply tubes

How high is the regulator set and how far can the m24 fire at this power without a big bottle?

the regulator is set to 195bar and I don't understand the rest of the question This rifle is special for testing slugs for different barrels, it does not have an air tank. Our regular PCP rifle M24 can be purchased with around 10 consistent shots at 75J power

My Altaros m24 fires 7 shots with these slugs with 88 joules, the regulator being set at 180bar. In this video a 700 mm fx barrel is tested, probably the one that will be mounted on the new fx Panthera

Hey altaros . I have a the same barrel in a custom condor. Was wondering if you guys are running the old TR of 1:18 or the new ones after covid which is a 1:16 .. any information highly appreciated 👍 , nice shooting btw, big fan of you guys 😊

it takes skill but its done on countless pcps on the forums just no one is motivated to write
