Without a doubt that gun would of been a blast when i was a youngster. Even now at 62 years old its very appealing. I love the wrap around air tank with internal barrel. Its not a new design, i believe Snopeak or some outfit had one. JTS has one coming out that is a great price point. FX seems to have done some good with this design, especially the Pro series of the DRS. For me i prefer the one in your video, the classic. With the wood stock and larger plenum also. Thanks brother great review of this beauty. Psycho
Awesome video and I’m picking up a .177 synthetic drs in a few days, already have the crown mk2 and a hw110,but this drs is a must have for me,especially after seeing your video 😊
I was leaning on a tree shooting H&N 21 gr slugs at 120 yards today almost too easy LOL Time to do a scoring target and get a few groups out to finialize my dope card :) But I guesses it pretty good today . Donny FL Sumo takes all tha bark out of mine BTW
I love the free hand aim @ 45-85 yards all day. I can hit longer if I can see. I'm going to to try the brench rest & do some grouping at 35 yards. At 12 years old I never had a set target. Always free hand
Love that you put one of the exact scopes I want to put on one of those. It's a super-light rifle, there's no point to putting a 6-24x56 on it, if I get one it's getting my CP 3-12x32 on some low, low mounts. That way I can keep it handy around the farm all day long and not really notice I'm carrying a rifle. Great review of what has to be the best looking new PCP in some time.
Hi I would love to see how loud the DRS is without a suppressor and compare it with a DRS with a suppressor. My friend has a .22 DRS 700mm and it barks louder than a .22lr. I Shoot a FX Crown 700m which is a lot quieter unsuppressed. His gun was set around 1000 on his Chrono.
When are you going to test the big planum with some light slugs or maby even heavy i wonder what the shot count would be with 34 gr sllugs arround 100 fps.
@@shooter1721 love your content. could i please bother you with a question, i have my FX crown MK1 in 177 caliber, and im deciding on what cal to upgrade to, what is your favorite caliber for the FX crown? 22, 25 or 30 cal? i have a 700CC bottle, so it really comes down to whats best for 70-150 yard precision. thank you for your time and attention, love from Norway
