Because a few people are wondering about how to drop the seed: The button will change when Fyrakk starts doing his Apocalypse cast. Before you simply drop the seed on the floor and can pick it up again, when the action button changes you actually put down the pool providing the shield.
No one ever give LFR any props, but dealing with all of these mechanics without any communication is next level...eventually we'll outgear it, but week 1...fun times
Great guide! How do you drop the seed buff if you get the Red arrow mechanic? Does the action button change or do you just right click the buff off your character?
Great guide. 👍 We killed Fyrakk normal yesterday and I was one of the seed carries. But I didn't find a way to drop the seed. Wrote a cancelaura macro, but as I checked my buffs I only noticed a debuff called "Seed of amirdrassil". Has anyone figured out, how to drop the seed, so it won't get burned when debuffed on heroic?
Members of my group said there is an aura to click off. Sorry from a tank perspective I never get to pick it up, but we had success of people dropping it
What happens if you don't pick up seeds until you need one? Wouldn't that keep them safe? Or do all shadowflame mechanics still detonate the seed even when not being carried?
Your extra action button will drop the seed. If its during the roar it will become a field you can stand in for protection. Otherwise it just drops it on the ground to be picked up later.
I do wonder why this guy is so powerful he takes all the dragons; the Dream spirits; multiple champions [us] and also pretty much every major character showing up to take him down. What makes this guy so much more powerful than everyone else... includeing his fellows? Lorewise this guy is somehow much stronger than the Jailer [who fell to the [weaker] Champions alone]
The Dragon Aspects did not have most of if any of their major power they had back in Cataclysm when they were dealing with Deathwing, although many iconic characters including us, let's just admit it, outside of cinematics, characters like Jaina or Thrall, are underwhelming. The Incarnates, so this guy, the Earth, Water & Wind ones, were as powerful as the Aspects back in the old days, just, more dangerous that power, the main reason Fyrakk, is a bigger immediate threat at this time is, he consumed the Shadowflame which was buried underground and partly what drove Deathwing mad, this has given Fyrakk a major power boost and he has that new Axe, which lets him cut through dimensions, that's concerning.
He consumed a LOT of shadowflame (The stuff that made Deathwing go crazy). Also in general it's shown these Primal Incarnates are stronger than the dragon aspects in general. This guy is unhinged and suped up on drugs is pretty much what we got.
@@ZestyGuides I mean he's still a lot stronger than the other Primals [we even have one helping us!]. Also; seeing as we fight him long after Deathwing [with far more help. Deathwing was just Thrall. Literally everyone shows up to reinforce in the Dream] and thus we're far more powerful... that's suggesting he's far stronger than Deathwing which... no? And it's not like Legion where we have the excuse of the Artifact Weapons or the Heart of Azeroth boosting our power justifying us dripping for this expac. The Covenants didn't give *us* much power, and we even still have access to quite a few of their abilities. Also Deathwing went insane due to his connection to the Earth and it's corruption from the Old Gods. Actually; thinking about it; especially with what is likely the final raid of this Expansion... this expac is just Cataclysm 2.0 isn't it; with this raid basically being Firelands 2. We even fight and kill the Firelord... again.
? on deathwing we had all of the aspects, with their full powers. Thrall, and the dragonsoul. Here we have the aspects without their powers, so we are much weaker than we were then.
