I had the same one I bought from a small engine mechanic back in the early 2000s in Sparks Nevada. I need to find one again. Best lift for mowers and equipment I've ever used
Really great that you covered a specialty piece of tooling. I hope anyone who buys one who watched this video gives you "honorable mention". Perhaps they'll give you a kick-back!
That lift is pretty sweet ! I use a MoJack XT lawnmower lift & use a cordless drill to run it up & down. Works great for riding mowers. Their optional platform for it is ok but I'm gonna fab my own platform for it in a similar design as your lift platform. Excellent video !
I have the same lift 370A. I rebuilt mine, as worm shaft lower bearing was worn out when i bought mine used. Your lift is making the same noise as mine was, with the worn lower bearing and lift nut. I called G&H to ordered the parts, There's an IPL for the 370 and other models on there webpage. Needed parts 1) Worm Screw shaft, 1) lower shaft bushing with grease zerk. Steel bushing. 1) Lift Nut (rides on worm screw) to lift work deck. made of solid brass 1) upper worm ball bearing, near pulley. total for parts was 125 with s&h. The lower bushing needs to be cut off and new 1 re-welded into place onto lift pedestal with grease zerk facing the lift deck. Both the lift nut & lower bushing are grease able (zerks). At the time to replace the complete lift was 1100 new. 2017 prices.
@@THEMOWERMEDIC1 they had a $279 coupon on line so I copied it and took it in, someone posted them online, mine is exactly the same except the pedals are to the front of the lift instead of the rear like yours! And I unboxed it in the truck tied a strap across it so it wouldn’t open and grabbed one end and pulled it out set it on the floor then grabbed the other end and set that on the floor!
i had one and i sold it when i moved here to Oahu. Now i can't find them anyplace. thanks for the video because we're going to try and make them. Garber Seeder is no longer in business.
If you have room for a lawn mower or snowblower in your shop, then you have room for one of these lifts. Basically the same floor space as your equipment you're already working on. : )
@@bushmaster2936 I have a 12x20 shop with enough tools to put in a 30x30 shop plus a lift that will lift a 1500 pound mower or a four-wheeler. And you probably have never seen my shop so don't tell me what I do or don't have room for. I was not even speaking to you.
@@bushmaster2936 I'm, 64 years old and I have forgotten more than you'll ever know. Yes, I'm cranky especially when someone talks about shit they don't know anything about. And I hate trolls!!!
@@dukesworld3020 LOL, sorry about your memory loss. Perhaps another dose of Midol will calm you down. If not, see a doctor for your anger issues. You're way to old to be hating poor, innocent trolls.
I sold mine to move to Oahu. It wasn't a G&H, I don't think ,but another older company and the model number was 201. I gave tried to contact G&H or the Garber company and can't get any answer. If you know where I can buy another electric lift like this please post it. Thanks from Mark Nye North Valley Repair Oahu
@@THEMOWERMEDIC1 - Yeah, I didn't "see" that "link" anywhere on G&H's website either? Mustie1 has more 'stuff' than most folks do. Makes fixing things so much easier when you have all the right tools, etc. to work with like he does.
