(G)I-DLE are back with their 6th mini album I Feel and today's video is my (G)I-DLE Allergy & Queencard MV Reaction. (G)I-DLE's concepts are always killer but Allergy and Queencard are on another level! The concept and the story telling in both MVs is so impressive and I'm obsessed with the high teen aesthetic.

It’s crazy that so many ppl hates Queencard bcoz they say the lyrics are cringe. As for me, I deff loves Queencard it can’t get out of my head! It’s catchy and just amazing! Allergy is the most relatable song for me cuz i’m 19 and yes I do think teenagers that a lot younger than me seems more mature and they easily got what they want. I feel thankful to (G)I-dle for releasing a relatable song ever exist in kpop. 💖 Also is it just me that cried ater I FEEL YOU at the end of queencard? loll

Mfs will say "the lyrics are cringe" when 1) they don't understand them and 2) they probably stan groups with generic ass lyrics written for them by their company (which is the vast majority of kpop). I don't even hate those, it's just so ironic

As a 19 yo still living at home, Allergy really resonates with me on a personal level. Literally everyone I went to school with is having kids, moving, graduating, in love and I’m still just me. I often feel like I’m going too slow but I have to remind myself that it’s not a race. And it’s ok to take time to figure everything out. Queencard gives me the same feeling I get with Flawless, iykyk. Yuqi has my favorite outfits with Minnie being an exception with the black Alexander Wang dress. It too good. My favorite set of looks is the cropped hoodie and mini skirt in QC. Allergy is my favorite bside if you couldn’t tell lol

Fun Fact: when I was younger my grandma had like a red flip phone and I used to play with it until one day I flipped it open too hard and like the screen part broke off.. I didn’t get a phone until the summer before 7th grade when I was like 11 lol

Yeah it's hard not to compare yourself to others but as you say, it's not a race and it's also something everyone feels. I'm 29 and it's like everyone around me is getting engaged, buying houses, getting pregnant and I'm like lol going on vacation! Everything happens for different people at different times and that's ok. You could be doing things that people are like 'damn I wanna be doing what Serenity's doing'. Minnie looks so damn good in that dress. It always upsets me when I love something and it's Dolce and Gabbana or Alexander Wang 😂🤦🏼‍♂️

What I love about both songs is the dichotomy between them...? Like, some days I feel incredibly confident and beautiful, and some days I kinda hate myself too lol. They already said that this album talks about navigating your 20s. Also not that many kpop artists do punk pop (even after tomboy slayed) so I'm happy they adopted that sound but are still doing other styles too!

My first phone was the pink Motorola razr and I still have it 15 years later 😂 I recently found a charger for it and man...i think I'm gonna keep the battery dead because those 13-year-old selfies of me were rough lmao that's some high-quality internet on their flip phones in the MV. Either way, love (G)I-dle ❤

Hahahaha omg I'm so glad they you still have it. I got a Motorola flip phone just before the Razr came out and I was so upset. I wanted it so bad! Just keep them for yourself haha know one has to know. It's the only reason I keep my Facebook profile, for the pics! HAHA I was thinking that

allergy isn't my cup of tea, the message is great and relatable but Im personally over the 2000's era-style....HOWEVER, Queedcard. Now that's a banger. I hear mixed opinions, but im randomly in my home and start singing "ima queencard-ima-ima-queencard" it's probably so annoying, but I loved everything about Queencard, the rap, the choreography, the outfits. Oh and the bridge with the dance breaks, goosebumps I love how unserious it is too, ugh, Chef's kiss these days, idle doesn't feel like a girl group, they feel like a WOMAN group 👏🏽

They hit the styling out of the park once again, I'm so happy they've come so far from Latata lol. Agreed on the favourite bsides! Lucid and All Night are also my favourites! Lucid especially is amazing, I'm obsessed. And Queencard has been stuck in my head since release, its so addictive. It's unserious but confident and fun. (Also we still dont know if Soyeon's tattoo is real or not lol, she hasn't mentioned it and we havent been able to see if it's there since the mv was filmed.)

Im totaly not into fashion things in general. But every time I-Dle makes a comeback i NEED to watch your reaction! They way you are able to recognize all the details and their simbolism and meaning om the overall concept it always amazes me. Our girls puts a lot of effort on how they portray all they can in their mvs. So much thanks for taking the time to react and support them. ♥️

I love how we all cringe when we remember our younger selves from 00’s. Everything was so kitsch back then but i loved it. 😂 And when you said that butterflies were popular back then i felt that on a deep level. Last year i found my jeans from back then with a big butterfly on the butt (that the 14yo me added 😅). As for for the songs, i love the message of Allergy but it’s not really not my cup of tea. Queencard on the other hand, i can’t get out of my head it’s just that catchy. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Anyway loved the reaction and welcome back. ❤

Yeah same here I got a Motorola flip just before the Razr came out, omg I was so upset I didn't get the Razr. Would've been the sassiest little shit with that in my hand at 13 😂 omg this sounds hilarious! Yeah mine had a really shit camera but also what was I gonna be taking pics of at 13? I had a digital camera for that 😂

Aespa did the light girl crush concept first. But that's debatable. I love that Gidle did a light girl crush concept after the dark girl crush concept songs like Tomboy and Nxde. I noticed a alot of pink in the allergy Music video. I know pink means feminine. The story of this music video is simple nerdy girl wants to be popular aka noticed so she is going to go under the knife. But in the Queen card music video Soyeon looks the same but with a mean girl makeover. She goes to hang out with her friends, strutting the sidewalk, shopping, and partying. There are scenes in the store, the pool, the operation room, the dance party, the street, and the hospital. Then at the end it turns out to be a dream Soyeon wakes up and leaves the hospital and learns to be herself.
